How long was the game?

Obviously depends on how good you are at it.

Now getting through the game takes about 1,5-2 hours for me on normal. My first try was probably about double of that due to all the retries (so make that 3-4 hours for the first time). Then you need to replay the higher difficulty to get the true end, which should take about 2-3 hours more. That is 5-7 hours for the story alone.

And after that you have 40-50 challenge missions (arcade) in 2 difficulty settings of which I managed to beat only 1 so far. And I still havent unlocked every ship skin either.

Plus replaying all stages for highscores.

There definitely is enough stuff to do here.

Testing out some new backgrounds

I have a ton of images I would love to make transparent backgrounds like these, I wonder if the vita wallpaper thread will take requests...

The game is not that long, really. There are 7 stages, the last boss (the epilogue) and the tutorial mission, but some of the levels are pretty short, mostly for the lack of fodder enemies. But is a very pretty game and replayable game (there is beside the story mode, the arcade mode, a score attack and a boss rush mode) but the main draw for me is the story. There is a very interesting (and deep) plot unfolding on Sine Mora, told in a non-linear way. Too bad that some of it is unresolved at the end (even reading the unlockable encyclopedia), and there is an obvious hint for a sequel.

The arcade mode is where the game shines, but like Hard Corps: Uprising, this mode is unforgiving if you don't grasp fully the mechanics of the game and try all the characters/planes combinations.

Also It is not a game for the trophy hunters at all. Some of the Gold trophy requirements are plain bullshit. Beat Arcade Mode 1CC on impossible without picking powerups? Yeah right.

You don't really get AAA stuff on Plus; Uncharted, Assassins Creed, Call of Duty, Battlefield, FIFA etc. Red Dead, UC:GA and Batman are a couple of recent exceptions, but I'd still be surprised to see AC3L pop up.

Why would you use a screen protector? It always makes the screen look worse and this thing has some good plastic that is almost as durable as gorilla glass but doesn't shatter that easily when you drop it. You will need a lot of force to scratch this.

I have a screen protector that makes absolutely NO difference for how the screen looks. I even prefer the feel on the protection thing compared to Vita without.

This is the only one I got :

Useless me :(
The others are in the flash file though, not sure you can grab them clean in any way.

because I wanted my vita to be persona 4 themed :P
No, it's just a guess. I can imagine the PSBlog post announcing Sine Mora as a freebie. lol

I suppose anything is possible, but the ones that seem likely to me would be stuff like little big planet vita which is a decentl big sony published title... most other stuff can be hit or miss with plus... just when you think you have an idea of what would come next they give you something else like KoF13 for NA or vanquish and batman AC in the same month for EU lol

They seem to be trying to actually pick good games to start off with. I'd say they'll leave the shit ones for later :P

Well EU is getting two good games that just release next month.

I know... exactly. Like i said, they seem to be picking good games for now to try and drive subscription. Then they can throw in a few shit ones they want people to play.

Yeah, was trying to support you in your argument :)

Has Sony come up with a solution to save your sphere settings from memory card to memory card? In other words if I have more than one memory card for games or one for videos & music. Do I have to readjust the way I have my games set up every time I switch memory cards!?!? It discourages me from even investing in more memory cards if I have to scroll through pages to find my displaced games!

I predict Little Deviants and Unit 13. One for the kiddies this Christmas, one for the rest of us.

I don't think U:GA, Wipeout or GR will exit PS+ anytime soon given the new Vita with one year of plus package. Surely they'll justo rotate the small games for new psp games and something like hustle kings.
