60 second shooter seems decent, however I didn't buy it yet from PSM: When I searched for it on youtube it linked to a Chrome version which I've been playing for a bit. So demo the chrome version if you're interested (I'm assuming here that the two versions are pretty much the same)
Puzziball is no longer free. Took them a week to notice.
How long will it take them to notice that the PSM store's banners have been the same since launch?

lemmings is free. well its mine.
What is the best PSM game so far? I feel like buying one.

Super Crate Box, by a mile. Play it on your vita though.lemmings is free. well its mine.

I thought they allow apps?I was reading the guidelines for PSM applications. Damn, well never see something exceptional out of this. The guidelines are very restrictive and basically only allow you to make "traditional" games. Anything a little more experimental (doing something better with online, UGC, etc.) seem to push the limits.
The PSM version of Lemmings didn't have the level editor and upload/download capability that the PSP did. But is there anything keeping that sort of functionality out of PSM games?

Nope $.99 + $.99 for extra modesIt was free, but some of the levels were locked away and sold as paid DLC for the same $0.99 price that they're charging for the game now. Perhaps they changed it so that the $0.99 gets everything all at once?.
I know it's still early, but PSM has been a real bust so far. Low quantity and quality overall.
All of the ones i have played have been high quality. The only games released so far are ones that Sony approached developers for. The SDK is now completely open to the public, so more will come soon. That will probably cause a drop in quality, though.

Correct.Sony approached a developer for that weird girl touching thing?
Loot the Land is now 1.99 on US PSM.
Sale or permanent drop?
Will ask the devs
Tractor Trails also had a price cut from $3.29 to $1.79
None taken ;p
To be fair about limited release, it just came out of beta. People can finally release stuff. I expect it to pick up after new years.
But lack of coverage is a joke. SCEA still has not given companies vouchers so people can review games. SCEE has since launch.
It is a shame. PSM will go the way of minis if SCEA doesn't wake up.
Yup. I had high hpoes for this and still hope it will improve as its open to all devs now. However I get the impression that its quite restricted and we wont get the offerings that are available on IOs / Android. I got a nexus 7 now so for me its not the end of the world but if the likes of "galaxy of fire 2", "shadowgun Dead Zone", "GTA remakes", hell even the "moden combat" games could come out on vita that would be a pretty big thing to have.
As time goes on Im just hugely doubting it will happen. I love the vita as a system but my faith in Sony doing things right is diminishing by the day.
Yeah, I had hopes of this basically letting me play Android games with a controller (well, buttons/sticks), but it doesn't look like that is going to be the case. Instead, it's looks like it's going to mostly be XBLIG type stuff, which isn't all bad (TACS Games has some interesting stuff, at least 2 out of 3), but if the leg massage game and the cricket triva apps were the highlights that Sony wanted to show off the program with, well....
I hope SCEA starts treating Mobile seriously soon. They really need to market, promote and speak about it so much more.

Until they let developers use more RAM or the VM layer is more optimized high end stuff like on iOS and Android just isn't possible.
Rovio wants Sony to pay for Angry Birds. I shit you not.
I remember hearing something like this before. What's the story here? Does Rovio want Sony to fund development of the game? If so, then perhaps they (Sony) should consider going along with it, as long as it's a reasonable amount and the development studio gets a fair share of the profits from game sales.
There are 70 games/apps scheduled until Christmas pre the official SDK release.
Remember that guys. We are at 37 right now.

Unless there's a massive influx, i somehow can't see that happeningLol.
Hopefully we soon start seeing some games made on the open SDK
From reading the dev forums, people are having a hard time getting license stuff.
Don't forget that FuturLab's latest is out tonight!

Sweet. Will grab this.
They just signed a new deal with Sony too.
Yup, saw that earlier. Great stuff.
Is it me or is your name up in this teaser site? Along with a few other GAF names by the looks of it.
