Eli Manning fucking sucks ass.

Edit: LOL yahoo just gave nicks +30 yards

Edit Edit: Oh great, now Nicks is hurt. I fucking hate Eli Manning.

I have to say I'm happy with the game result so far. Tynes should have 3 FGs, but DeOssie botched the snap on the 2nd kick... Eli and Cruz are having a good time so far, Nicks is getting involved but on shorter routes. Willingness to pass to Jerningan/Randle/Bennett and commitment to run is big, it means no locking onto Nicks or Cruz.

Nice drive at the end of the 1st half by the G-Men to bail out their favorite fan in Frankman and give Tynes a field goal.

Fortunately for Enron, Nicks was involved in that drive so remains in the game.

The lead is now 98.62 to 94.82 in favor of Phoenix and Frankman.

Frankman is less than a point away from toppling AlteredBeast despite a strong first half from Pierre Garcon. The deficit would be larger had that controversial trade deadline Cruz-Garcon deal not gone through.

The extra field goal for Tynes and Morris stalling out have kept Phoenix's edge over Crazymoogle at 6 points.

If eli wasn't an overthrowing piece of shitfuck, I'd have a nice lead right now.
Phoenix's lead is now down to a single point and Eli is targeting Nicks in the red zone. Can't ask for more than that.
Of course, if this drive stalls out the lead goes back up to 4 points.

4 point it is. NOP & Frankman now lead Enron by a score of 101.62 to 97.62 with just over a quarter remaining.

Frankman will win his game this week over AlteredBeast barring a mammoth Garcon score.

Phoenix's point lead over Crazymoogle was extended with that Tynes score but it's a moot point so long as he pulls out the win over Enron. It only comes into play with a loss.

Incidentally, if Frankman stays alive and faces me next week, Eli and Cruz draw the Saints D next week. Very favorable.
In fact he has lots of favorable matchups. Rice against the Redskins. CJ1K against the Colts. Could be scary for a money game opponent I've lost 3 times to already this year.

Enron is about to get leapfrogged by two teams? That's gotta suck.
Only 41 yards from Hakeem Nicks can save his season.
With Tynes looming to pad the lead and make the deficit larger with every drive that fails to cash in.

Either that or another big TD from Garcon and Washington's D figuring out how to play.

Just gives me more reason to hate the fucking Giants more than I already do. Eli Manning can get hit by a bus for all I care.

Frankman's lead over AlteredBeast is down to 1.62 points.
Enron also survives if AlteredBeast pulls off the comeback.

And the Redskins drive stalls out. G-Men take over still down a point with 6 minutes and change remaining.
Nicks has about 50 yards to work with before Tynes hits field goal range. Unfortunately, getting separation on deep balls has been a challenge for him.

Giants drive stalls out. Redskins looking to protect their 1-point lead.
If they play it conservative, Frankman should be fine. 18 yards for Garcon will muck things up for him and bail Enron out.

Will the Garcon for Cruz steal backfire? Time to find out.

It doesn't matter. I've lost. My only hope is for Garcon to get some yards here as teh skins run out the clock, but that's probably not happening either.

Hopefully Dallas...or even Washington...yes, Dallas fan pulling for Washington now....to take the East from the Giants. Fuck the motherfucking Giants, and fuck Eli Manning.

Probably not. Redskins have gone into clock killing run play mode.
You're in dire straits barring a long passing play to Nicks if the Giants get the ball back.

I'm Doin It Like Eli leads the Omaha Nighthawks by a score of 85.30 to 85.22.
And here I thought my game was close.

8/10 of a yard away from Frankman surrendering 8th place.

That 1st down by Morris should close things out.
G-Men lose. Frankman survives by the absolute narrowest of margins.
Post-game adjustments may well play a factor here.

If not, it's a showdown against the Broskis for the $$ in the first round of the playoffs next week.

Oh, give up the analysis schtick already. We know its all over!

I might as well have fielded konex's team all season. Fuck this shit.

YES!!!!!!!!!!

IT HAS HAPPENED!!!

THE MONDAY NIGHT DELIGHT HAS DONE IT!!

AGAINST ALL ODDS I LIVE AGAIN!!! PLAYOFFS BABY!!!

Your Week 14 matchups... as of right now.

1) Long Island Broskis (9-4 | 1241.8 Points)
8) I'm Doin It Like Eli (7-6 | 1115.46 Points)

I'm Doin It Like Eli is 3-0 vs. the Broskis this season having bested them in Week 11 of NQ4 as well as Weeks 1 & 12 of the Economy League.
Frankman will face off against acksman in the Economy League playoffs next week while I draw Puddles. Locker2SB and Knights of Mars own the byes.

2) Dinner Out (9-4 | 1053.24 Points)
7) Bail Kings (NeoGAF) (7-6 | 1171.32 Points)

Bail Kings bested Dinner Out in Week 4 of this season. This is their first-ever fantasy playoff confrontation.
Dinner Out won the No Quitters inaugural season. Bail Kings reigned supreme in No Quitters 2. Nice showdown between the first two league champions here.

3) Sinistar (8-5 | 1270.86 Points)
6) Hookers And Blow (7-6 | 1225.9 Points)

In another Week 4 rematch, Hookers And Blow looks for revenge against Sinistar.

Sinistar hopes to make the money after a league-worst 4-9 performance in NQ3.
Hookers And Blow looks to rebound from an embarassing 64.84 point performance in the first round of the fantasy playoffs last season.

One of these offensive powerhouses will enjoy redemption. But which one will it be?

4) New Orleans Phoenix (8-5 | 1171 Points)
5) FPL-Defending Champs (8-5 | 1096.48 Points)

Kememsi pulled off a narrow 0.6 point victory over Phoenix back in Week 10 of this season... which, surprisingly, was NOT her closest margin of victory this year. She also bested Hookers And Blow by a 0.52-point margin back in Week 2 and has made an artform out of winning close contests. The defending champ may have the lowest point total out of all of this season's playoff contenders but she may well prove to be the most difficult to eliminate.

The winner of each of these contests will have a downside guarantee of $100 for making the semifinals.
The losers shall leave with nothing but disappointment and dreams of what could have been.

After what happened in Season 1 the Fantasy Gods owe me. I'm not even kidding around.
Started off 4-1, only to lose 5 straight, get teased by a rebound and then edged out of the fantasy playoffs in the last week of the season despite being the 6th highest scoring team in a 14-team league? Yeah, you had reason to feel bitter.

In NQ2, you finished in 7th place once again (you really like that 7-6 record) only to lose in the opening round to Alex Anderson and barely putting 70 points on the board. You watched Crazymoogle's 6th place team rally all the way to the league title.

You missed the playoffs last year and now you're back for the 2nd time.
Against an opponent whose number you seem to have.
With seemingly dream matchups on tap for Week 14.

Time to break through and finally make the money? It seems highly unlikely that the 1st overall team will win the No Quitters league 3 out of its first 4 seasons.
In fact, the #1 seed has made the title game all three years. Seems almost fated for that trend not to continue.

Not even that I lost, but the way it happened. A completely meaningless pass to ADP when Minny was down big with like 30 seconds to go. I missed the playoffs on Tiebreakers by 0.08ths of a point. That's why I was freaking out...

Had a fun time at the game Sunday since I expected the result anyway. Saw some good football, too bad it wasn't on the Titans side of the ball lol. Didn't let Foster and AJ go off on us and still got beat down.

Exciting finish to the econ league regular season. Cowboy's run defense vs Bryce brown took me from confident to concerned, but then the eagles pass defense decided to mail it in at halftime and Romo led me to victory.

Not too confident in some of my players matchups for the semis. Am I really gonna trust Romo vs the Steelers? Live by the Romo die by the Romo I guess. At least Ike Taylor is out.

Am I gonna see you in the semis Uber?

Congrats to all the Playoff participants. Good luck, guys..

I'm still bitter about that shit lol. I got robbed!

Need a playoff win and I'm guaranteed some monies! Help me out GAF!

QB: Kaepernick vs Mia
WR: Miles Austin @ Cin
WR: T.Y. Hilton vs Ten
RB: Ray Rice @ Was
RB: Knowshon Moreno @Oak
TE: Jimmy Graham @NYG
FLEX: Victor Cruz vs NO
FLEX: Mike Wallace vs SD
K: David Akers vs Mia
DEF: San Fran vs Mia

Bench
Justin Blackmon vs NYJ
Stevan Ridley vs Hou
Carson Palmer vs Den
Chris Givens @Buf
Denver D @Oak

Having problems deciding which QB to start, considering Kaepernick's problems last week, and Palmer's success.

Also whether or not to play San Francisco D or Denver's. Do you think Palmer can exploit the defense?

You were the team that benefitted and got the last spot by 0.08ths of a point over me.

Never say that again.

What season was the Brett Favre meltdown vs. the Saints? I'm pretty sure I lost a game cos I had Rice and ADP fumbled the ball to end it. That's what I'm thinking about

edit: Seems like it was in the S1 fantasy playoffs vs. Dinner Out

PS: It seems non-playoff teams are automatically barred from adding players :p

1) If Wallace is still rotating snaps, I'd think about benching him for Givens.
2) I'd play Kap, Palmer isn't that good is a garbagetime hero.
3) San Fran D.

Hernandez vs Texas or
Myers vs Broncos

Broncos are awful against TEs and I expect Oakland to be down a lot. Hard to go away from Hernandez to me though.

Edelman being out only ups Hernandez chances though.
Ride the hot hand until he gives you a reason not to. Being cute in the fantasy playoffs is a recipe for disaster, I believe in playing the matchup. If it means sitting a big name player/guy you drafted high, sit him.

EDIT: Although I do see he put up a 8/97/0 line last week. Seems like more of a tossup than I thought.

That's a dream scenario for Frankman. Gets top waiver priority each week he remains alive in the fantasy playoffs.
Provided he's able to win and stay alive, of course.

Hopefully Knowshon won't "no show" tonight's game against the Raiders.

Moreno has received 24 touches each game since taking over the lead back duties in Denver.

Players with a similar touch-per-game total vs. the Raiders this season:
- Reggie Bush (Week 2) - 31.7 Fantasy Points (29 Touches, 197 Combined Yards, 2 TDs)
- Willis McGahee (Week 4) - 19.5 Fantasy Points (25 Touches, 135 Combined Yards, 1 TD)
- Rashad Jennings (Week 7) - 16.2 Fantasy Points (28 Touches, 102 Combined Yards, 1 TD)
- Doug Martin (Week 9) - 51.2 Fantasy Points (29 Touches, 272 Combined Yards, 4 TDs)
- BenJarvus Green-Ellis (Week 12) - 19.8 Fantasy Points (20 Touches, 138 Combined Yards, 1 TD)
- Trent Richardson (Week 13) - 15.5 Fantasy Points (23 Touches, 95 Combined Yards, 1 TD)

That's good news against the league's 5th worst fantasy run defense (#1 in points allowed to RBs over the past 5 weeks). If terrible Rashad Jennings can deliver a quality fantasy performance despite running 2.1 yards per carry against these guys, Knowshon should be able to deliver.

If anything, it should be considered more of an upset for me to beat you seeing how I've lost the last three times I've played you.
Except the 1 loss in NQ4 (which really is the only one that matters) was with you under a Bye Week and you had a WR score 0 for you, The other two losses were in the NEL, a 12-team league. Much higher scoring numbers there and my team in NEL is much stronger.

In all three games you were favored not only to win, but to blow me out. In all three games your team underperformed by 15-20 points. While the team I'm trotting out is arguably more complete than last time, it's hard to consistently buck the formula.

And THAT is why you don't play Palmer against Denver D. God, what a shitacular throw.

EDIT:
Demaryius Thomas left Thursday night's game against the Raiders in the first half with a shoulder injury and is questionable to return.

Thomas fought hard for a 16-yard gain in the first quarter to help set up a field goal, but he was tackled by a handful of Raiders and was roughed up. Denver's training staff later took Thomas to the locker room in the second quarter.

EDIT 2: Thomas started the 2nd half.

Don't think I could have asked for that game to go any sweeter in either NQ4 or the Economy League.

Lead by 21.7 points in one matchup.
Lead by 21.2 points in the other.

Nice way to head into money mayhem on Sunday.
