No to Destiny and while I'd love to see it, I really doubt we'll see anything Fallout 4 related.

Doom 4 seems like a possibility. And if Doom 4 has some presence there I think that really means no Fallout 4 since both are Bethesda published games and I doubt Bethesda would try to tease 2 of their games at the VGAs.

I think people under estimate how keen Respawn will be to protect their new ideas. They don't want someone ripping it off before they launch. Not saying that they will revolutionise the multiplayer genre again, but they probably expect themselves to.

I'd say they tease at the absolute most. They won't want to reveal details until a few months before release.

Yep you guys can watch the show worldwide at vga.spike.com. Works on the web, on your phone, on your iPad etc. No geoblocking. The preshow gets underway at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET.

It's an incredible show and I'm very proud of the strides we are making this year. I hope you'll give things a fair shake. I know hating on the VGAs is a sport for most of the core audience, but we have some really amazing moments planned this year with some new games and some very special guests.

VGA marks the beginning of video game announcement season, E3 marks the end. The gap from end of E3 to the next VGA is mass video game marketing season. Thus is the circle of life.
