I think Fallout 4 might show up because Bethesda has been spotted in Boston and they have used the VGAs before to show off Skyrim.

I'd take a narrated trailer with minimal footage like Skyrim if it meant Fallout 4 was announced. Do it Bethesda.

I think people under estimate how keen Respawn will be to protect their new ideas. They don't want someone ripping it off before they launch. Not saying that they will revolutionise the multiplayer genre again, but they probably expect themselves to.

I'd say they tease at the absolute most. They won't want to reveal details until a few months before release.

They can show snippets of a story however.MP wise your right...they won't show shit anywhere.

They created CoD 4. Probably the biggest influential MP game of the gen. Everyone wants to see if they can recreate that type of success, so it will most likely be the most secretive part of the game

I could see it only because Bethesda was one of the first out the gate revealing their games for this gen before any of the big three revealed any of their plans.

And it worked for them this gen. Elder scrolls IV became one of the first marque highly buzzed about big releases for Xbox 360. I still remember the game informer cover and the constant discussion about it.

The main reason though I hesitate to think they actually would reveal a trailer tonight is because skyrim hasn't been out very long so they probably have only just recently moved most of their team off that project and onto fallout 4.
