Soooo Surge is freaking awesome. It is a high score chaser that I actually want to keep playing. I can't wait for a full fledged Future Lab release. I love their games but I really want to see what they can do with a budget and more time and without the restrictions of PSM or Minis.

Wonder what triggers this though, cant imagine that all the others with the same error also bought it from the PS3 store.

Just took support 45 minutes to figure out what I already knew... that the cross buy is messed up. If you buy it on the ps3 store it doesn't trigger it as sold on the vita store, and the vita version from the download list is about 15mb smaller than the version listed on the vita store. The support people said it wasn't even listed in their computers as crossbuy, I had to walk them through the PS3 store to where it said it was - lol.


Anyway, now they seem to understand the problem and are investigating.


No BSI for me tonight, I guess. So I guess I should try this Surge, eh? I installed it hours ago but have been dealing with this nonsense.

And Im still mad at you guys for getting me hyped for ZHP! Someone's head must roll for this outrage of a non-sale!

Yes as long as you didn't run into the bug. Otherwise you have to start all over.

You could import the Japanese release. It contains the same English version you'd get if you buy it on PSN with the benefit of having it physically for resale if you don't end up liking it.

from what I have read you will be able to understand VLR completely fine if you don't play 999 (from reviewers that didn't play 999 first), it's just that playing 999 first enhances the story.

Wow just finished wing commander 4. So cool playing that on vita. Really an awesome forgotten game. The cutscenes and actors were great. Wish WC3 was in ps1 classics.

eh mercenary edition is whatever unless you want the CD. RO itself is awesome but I put it to the side with Black Friday games, AC: Liberation and PS All Stars (plus school) taking up my time. Still a good game though.

As someone with no MH experience at all, I'd say it's...ok...

Everything about the RPG mechanics seems super limited right now, but I'm still really early in. It kind of has that Dynasty Warriors vibe where I can turn my brain off and kill stuff though, which isn't bad. I'm hoping it gets better as I get further in.

Nothing about the special edition seems worth the money.

The Mercernary Edition was quite awesome that for just $10 more you got 10 random cards, an artbook and a soundtrack; on top of the game (on its own case ). Well worth it.

Game's great too. Though I play it rarely, backlog's too huge. XD

I remember when I could walk into some random shady store in the Bronx and get brand new, boxed versions of Japanese GBA games like Final Fight before they came out in the US. No fuss, no memory card swapping - just pure pop in and play goodness.
