Damn. I just got NFS last week and would love some DLC, especially Burnout Paradise style. New vehicle types, an island, etc..

Same...new events would be great, still a great game on Vita but yeah, really hoping we hear something later on but wouldn't be totally surprised if we don't...wait and see I guess. (Someone asked EA on twitter about it btw)

Haha ok, ok, had some major issues downloading new titles while abroad so thought I'd leave it for when I got back, nice screenshots Got the big sky infinity game with ps+ luckily (EU).

Thanks again Takao/Carl for helping with the proxies...had to rely on my university VPN and the EU sony entertainment network site working with paypal on the laptop to buy SMB lol. Not sure if it was worth the hassle - great game but the difficulty jumps (normal is so easy, advanced is insane) - still great to have imo, perfect for Vita - although need to progress from stage 1 of each difficulty each time (unless you've beaten a level then you can replay it in practice mode).

Can't install period. Works on PS3, but I didn't buy it to play on PS3, so I haven't bothered over there.

Sorry to hear that, hope they'll quickly fix this for you and others affected.
Reading your previous post might have helped me avoid this issue since I downloaded on Vita first and PS3 afterwards (if that has any correlation).

Vitabros, I haz a sad. My Vita worked just fine flying into Florida on Monday. It even worked at the hotel and I plugged it into the charger to charge it. Didn't get to play with it yesterday until the evening and I went to turn it on and nothing. I plugged it into the wall and it doesn't charge. Hopefully, it is just the power cord and it had just run out of juice. I won't know until tomorrow night when I get back home abd can try out a different cord. Pray for me, Vitabros!

That being said, if it is broken, I guess that gives me an excuse to get a white one. But, I love my FEB 3G Vita and don't want to see it go.

Yeah, I had tried it in different sockets, including the power strip that I had my 3DS XL charging, so it should have been getting power. I'll check again to be sure, though. I want to get back to Persona 4 so bad!

Yeah, I was afraid to buy on Vita, as I wasn't sure if it would affect crossbuy.
As a Quality Assurance professional, I was dying to have them hit the refund button and let me buy on Vita to see if it fixed it, but it's never that easy.

Im on Nyx. Im lvl 72. What lvl should I grind to to make it so she cant just randomly one shot me from full health with a crit fire burst attack? Was doing fine till she does that.

Does matchmaking work well? Probably won't have many friends who play this and I hate trying to schedule play sessions with random people from forums.

Matchmaking is based on making rooms or entering existing ones. You are given a list of rooms that has fairly basic information like chapter restrictions, a user-entered room title, the number of players the room will accept (players can set this to 2/3/4 with 4 being the default), and whether or not it's password protected.

The only significant omission is that there is no friend invite/join function. If you view a list of rooms, any rooms where the room members have already set out on a quest will not show up. (Those rooms ought to still show up IMO.)

You can see how good/bad your connection is with other players when you're inside a room- this is helpful if you want to avoid lag.

Anyone with tons of experience with ad hoc party/xlink kai with Monster Hunter will probably be familiar with some people not being able to see other people in the same room. It happens here too with the added twist that these people won't be clued in on someone being missing. When in such a room, everyone in the room is guaranteed to get kicked offline when they attempt to go on a quest.

If you're getting disconnected from a quest all the time, it probably means that your wifi/ISP will have issues with online multiplayer games in general, though.

To be honest, if I really wanted to play Symphony on Vita I would probably get Dracula X Chronicles and play that version instead. It has a language switching option, an extra boss, the better Maria mode, and the controls are better tuned to having only two triggers.

Yeah. I haven't played the PS3 version, but this seems perfectly fine. It's hard for me since I haven't played a baseball sim, but it's clearly a good game and has a lot of content.

Alright, tried it in one plug where I verified I had power and nothing. I do know that sometimes I had to reseat the Vita into the cradle to get it to charge, but I thought maybe that was because the cradle had a defect. Anyway, when I get home, I can try another charging cable to be sure and I guess if that doesn't work, I will see what my option is for repair. I've only had experience with Nintendo's repairs and it's been pretty painless. How is Sony on this front? I'm bummed because I am super meticulous with my stuff and this Vita sits in its FEB case when I am traveling with it. Hopefully they will repair it for free since it is not even a year old yet.
