I don't think two people have different opinions is a GAF thing, but yeah, just listen to it yourself (when it comes out fo real, of course). Sounds like it's only recently out so people are only providing knee jerk reactions anyways.

Nah, you're definitely right. I worded that wrong. It's just that forums allow for polar opposite opinions to visually exist side by side like that, not gaf in particular.
 
I like it better overall. Palace and Trilla would probably be the best songs on the album if they were on LongLive, though.
 
Damn, this leaked THIS early? Love the mixtape, will still support him when the actual album drops, but it looks like it's time to scour the web.
 
I don't want to really say what is the better album yet, because Live Love ASAP definitely had a weak middle, but it grew onto me so much that I can listen to the whole thing and not care at all.

LongLiveASAP is really much better paced to me. Either way, it definitely exceeded my expectations and I'm really happy that this is another debut album that I enjoy. All the beats knock too, even the more chill songs. Long live rap cars. Feels like around when I'd think there is possibly too many laidback songs, a more hype song would come on to keep my attention.

1 Train went how I expected and it didn't at the same time. Joey Badass felt a bit uncomfortable over the beat or that he was trying to hard and dude voice just eh on it. I am done with Yelawolf, at this point fuck Trunk Muzik 2... Action Bronson fucking delivered, dude sounded so well over that Hit Boy beat and Krit just was so aggressive, I want that Krit more. Dude sounded like he had something to prove.

IDK, if I had to choose least favorite song it honestly would be fashion killa though. I don't hate it, but it's just the first that comes to my head
 
Boutta listen. Absolutely hate Rocky and the rest of ASAP. I don't mean as rappers (well, ASAP Mob is collectively awful) but as actual, ya know, artists. I saw them live and they were terrible people. I haven't listened to the tape since, hah.

Yea I listened to it all day, really disappointing. It's like he ignored the first half of Live. Love. and made an album out of the weaker songs. It's more consistent, but it's more boring.

I still fucks with it though.
 
fuck Jodye makes me think of what could have been so much. I always try to appreciate music for what it is and not what I wish it were but this album is just too much. Rocky does the hard shit so much better than the laid back stuff.

an album full of Jodye's, Brand New Guy's, Bass', Pretty Flacko's. with epic songs like Ghetto Symphony, Palace. fuck.. would be one of the best rap albums ever.

This album already has the 1up because there's only one Mob feature.

But Live.Love does have Demons, which is Rocky's best song.

Who produced Demons anyway?
 
I haven't listened to the bonus tracks or whatever but this album has a lot of lows and very few highs. Even then, the highs aren't near LiveLoveAsap.
 
To the people that aren't really feeling the album, which tracks do you like and dislike?

Personally the lows for the album for me is:

Wild for the night because FUCK dubstep
Fashion Killer is a bit to corny


Everything else is dope.

It's hard to bring out an album after such a good mixtape. Only rapper that had an album that was better than their previous mixtape was Kendrick..and its mad debatable.

Warm Up > Cole World
4evaNaDay > LFTU
Taylor Allderdice > ONIFC
Detroit > Finally Famous (Detroit came out after and was tons better than Sean's debut)
So Far Gone > Thank Me Later

This bears repeating. TA was like Trap Wiz and Mainstream Wiz worked together. ONIFC is like High Wiz hanging out with Rich Wiz.

Man I'm about to go blast Spendin' Money. Dat beat, so simple but so dope.

He's the wrong. The album is great. Quick impressions before I go get some ass cuz this Rocky got me sweatin: Skrillex sucks. Ferg should hang it up. Yela is a try hard. The beginning of the album is great, and the ending including the bonus tracks is even better. The middle kind of is just there, and is not very memorable at all. The darker the beats the better Rocky sounds.

Damn, since there's a bit of overlap between Kanye and Rocky's camps, and Kanye had given Rocky advice, I would have hoped Kanye would have shared his anti-leak tech (read: do not use the internet period) with Rocky.
