Nice. Also Jeff's new hairstyle looks good.
Especially social science studies, those things are infallible.
I think I'm kind of srange about spoilers, they really don't affect me and alot of the time hearing a big spoiler makes me want to watch/play something even more than i did previously.
Speaking of this Old Thing, someone actually found the study Jeff cites to "prove" that spoilers don't actually affect enjoyment, and:
A) It was specifically referring to single paragraphs of text.
B) They also observed that this only worked if the reader hadn't yet even looked at the text yet and didn't really know what to expect. After they actually started reading, getting spoiled clearly had a negative impact on enjoyment.
Ninja The Protector, according to Twitch chat. What's that motorbike clip at the bottom right?
I'm not a big racing game guy but I find myself interested in Forza Horizon. I do wish MS released these games on PC though. My 360 is old and I feel like it could go at anytime.
Horizon is pretty awesome. Not sure about that Rally stuff.

Does XCOM get harder as the game goes on? I broke and started a new game on normal after getting stomped in 3 different classic games. But I haven't lost a single soldier in 10 or so missions on normal. Like not even close to losing one. Classic was more fun, but I was losing 1-2 soldiers each mission and it seemed like I was making no progress at all. The plan was to playthrough it on normal once so I get passed the point of failing because it's my first time doing all this stuff, but if it's going to be this easy than I'd rather just play on classic and save scum when I see new stuff.
None of the enemies seem to have much health on normal, and it even seems like the accuracy of your shots is higher.
Terror missions are stupid no matter what
Spawning all the civilians way in the back next to chryssalids is just dumb
Thing to note about these is that unless you care about your rating all you really need to do is save one civvie to be considered a success.Terror missions are stupid no matter what

I didn't find normal non ironman to be hard at all really.
I played alot of classic ironman so this is what i'll tlak about
X-com has a weird difficulty curve the first thin man mission and the first terror mission are probably two of the hardest in the game. Once you get either laser weapons or carapace armour things begin to ease and once you have both as well as a couple of leveled up soldiers it becomes pretty easy. Mutons bump up the difficulty slightly again when they appear and sectoid commanders are a pain but it's not until cyberdisks and everything that comes after until you really get tha early gamr fear back imo.
I've been on a Bombcast roll today. Anyone wanna recommend me the best Bombcast episodes?
Try to find the one where they had to re-record the entire thing and didn't give a fuck.

I really enjoyed the chili-cast from around march of 2012 when they first announced going back to CBSi. I think I listened to that one around three times or so when it was released.
Oh my gosh...
I don't know what game you talk about? You mean Sleepy Dawgs?I think there should be more Sleeping Dogs coverage on the site.
Like an endurance run or something.
