where can you turn them off?
If you have PSN+
Settings > Playstation Network > uncheck Automatic Updates
So what's the difference between Birth By Sleep and Birth By Sleep Final Mix?
It makes no sense at all... I put FILER.zip in this directory:
Is the UNO PSP game in the store right now still the unpatched version of the game?
so one has a clue why is it that psp games bigger than 1 gb cant be installed? it says no space available when there's more than the required space, wtf?

I'm fairly certain Sony hasn't removed the game from the store yet.
I can confirm it is still in the US store - I just downloaded it. Anyone have good step by step directions on how to install the CFW on 2.02 with Uno?
I am with this guy? Is there a step by step guide (perferably with screenshots)?

Not really. It's just a PSP emulator exploit, no one is getting banned. Thanks a bunch! I am guessing if we install this we need to stay off PSN or get banned?

You just can't update as the next update will likely disable the game exploit.
So its not flashing the firmware?
Still debating on this. How are the emulators? Looking to run NES, and SNES primarily?

Dude the game is $5. Give it a try? If you dont like it then just update later on. But then again you got until the game gets pulled so you might not want to wait too much. Anyhow the emulators are ok but the SNES emulator that works is an outdated version that doesnt play some games or chuggs on some. NES one is great though.
I wonder how long they'll be able to keep these hacks up. It should be trivial for Sony to implement an exploit scanning service that checks the saves of the exploited games for the exploit's payload and then ban a user based on detection of those.
I messed with the previous exploit but yes they should work fine on the GB/GBC emulator, I believe its called MasterBoy (ver 2.x or something)
I would advice you to learn the FTP method. Its a bit slower but its easier to transfer homebrew to PS Vita. You basically just drag and drop the files into the PSP/GAME/ folder and thats it. No need to rename any zip files or worry about 8 character limit.
And those getting homebrew on their Vitas, please get Cave Story PSP port. Its so good.

Got Suikoden I and Suikoden II running on the vita. I call that success.
Are you talking about the PSP Suikoden 1&2? I didn't think you could load your own PSX games on the Vita yet.
Well you can but sadly they don't work as fast as on a PSP yet and there is no sound emulation at all![]()
Should being the key word there. Is there an easy way of copying off the exploit if you want to connect to PSN?
Well, that doesn't sound worthwhile at all!

What program are you using to do this? I don't know where to begin and have been trying to get a GBA emulator to work for over 2 hours.
Is there a step by step guide to get the ftp working?
Guys the VITA FTP is so much easier.
I just dragged my PSP GBA emulator folder into PSP > GAME
And everything works just fine.
Also I'm going to have to get a 32GB memory card now!
PSY・S;45960487 said:Sorry guys, I was talking about the GBC emulator. But FTP has always worked for me. I just used the standard PSP.ZIP in the save folder method. The same method works to install all homebrew/emulators.
And if you install FTP you should be able to just drag and drop folders/items without working about zip files.
What am I doing wrong? I can't get the system to see any homebrew files.

If you're using Content Manager, you need to just throw the files into the same folder as the Uno Save on your PC. Make sure you're renaming the file extensions to capital letters too. This is where I kept messing up. So the file should be XXXXXXXX.YYY
Does every single file in the emulator need to be in all caps? Even the file extensions and roms?
PSY・S;45961112 said:Nope, just the .ZIP and the PSP > GAME folders. I think the .ZIP can't be longer than 8 characters either. I'm not sure about the rom name length.

something is wrong - that's how I have it setup. Would you mind sending me your files so I can test it? I've done this kind of stuff before without issue and am GOING CRAZZZZZYYYYYYY.
