I wish they brought back the PSPGo design. It could have worked before if it actually had a touchscreen. And now it does! They can bring it back and go "Hey kids, it's like an iPod Touch AND a Vita! Best of both worlds bro!"

Hell, then make a 4G version with it and let it be used as a phone.

Me too man, hopefully by fall 2014 @150 dollars with 16GB internal memory and a 200 dollar one with LTE.

$10 for MK isn't bad and as far as I know that is the cheapest price gravity rush has ever been new.
It's also finally mine, I missed out on the gamestop price twice so I am glad to finally get it for $10.

I really hate the bayou in Assassin's Creed Liberation.

But I hate pretty much all areas with water in most games. Makes it annoying to travel

Best Buy Sale Prices are live. Nothing that great.

Mortal Kombat - 9.99
Gravity Rush - 19.99
UMvC3 - 19.99
etc.

UMvC3 is good price, but I really want it at that price DD on psn store. I will hold out and be patient. I got so tired of it installing the bubble every damn time you restart the Vita with a card in. That would be number one argument for people going DD with the Vita.

odd... I would have expected the number one argument for going DD with the vita to be either the fact that you can have all your games at your fingertips and not have to swap games out to play them, or because you lived in a region where they are much cheaper digitally then they are at retail. Whelp the more you know :P

Maybe not the right thread to ask this, but I'm sure someone here had an answer.

Can I transfer my savegames to another memorycard without making a backup of the entire memory card?

I just want my persona save from my 32 gb to my 16 gb.

Yes, Yes you can. It's called playstation plus. Just upload to the cloud and download to the other card.

there might be another way to do it but I don't know it. as I tried backing up everything persona 4 related when I moved from 4gb to 32gb and it didn't bring my save :/

Those are nice bonuses. The utter annoyance of that damn installing screen is well worth getting rid of though.

Someone posted some trick to get JUST the save file earlier but if you back up just the game it should. Check when running CMA on vita and look under saved games to see if you can backup the save file, sometimes they are seperate If you want to make it REALLY easy get PS plus and backup saves to cloud. Insert your other mem card and then redownload from cloud storage, bam.

SFxTk for 24.99. . . hmm...

SFxT is worth $25 if you own the console version for certain -- you get like $35 worth of DLC with it ($20 character pack, $15 all core character alt costumes).

Yeah, it's called backing up the specific game instead of the whole card.
Also, you could just start a backup long enough to use the "get the save because it's copied first then cancel the backup". Though you have to have a full backup of the game and insert that save file into it to restore it.

And is your P4G digital or card?
When you did your backup, if it was a card, did you have the card *in* the game slot?
It might just be that some games don't back up off the card (UMvC3). Until UMvC3, there was no way to back up it's save data and transfer to digital. MK might be like this too.

it's a card, and it was in the slot when I copied over everything one section at a time. It wasn't a big deal I just threw in my old card again and uploaded it to the cloud. the only thing I loss in the transfer was my mutant blobs data as it doesn't want to download from the cloud :/

your hate seems ridiculously strong against something that is only there for a second or two and then doesn't show up again unless you change games or completely reset your system o.o;

Ok, I got PSplus, how can I upload my saves?

content manager
at the main menu select online storage
under copy saved data select ps vita system to online storage... and I am pretty sure you can figure out how to get it on your new card from there :P

It's kind of tempting to have a physical copy of Gravity Rush. But I get the feeling that if I bought Mortal Kombat it would end up being the January PS+ game.

Okay does anyone know how many of these stupid envelope opening and blasted shine light things you have to do in Assassin's Creed? Because they are really getting annoying now. At least Uncharted only had the one to do

I've already decided to not bother with the side stuff. Just gonna finish the game as soon as and sell it.

Assassin's Creed does that same light thing as Uncharted? And it does it more than once? Glad I sold the game then, that was by far the worst part of Uncharted.

We already got a January PS+ game in Chronovolt, didn't we? I wouldn't expect a full retail unless we learn that WipEout/Gravity Rush/Uncharted are leaving.

I am going back to do a crushing run in Uncharted but I don't see how to carry over all my treasures and such from my previous game.

When I start the game on crushing it seems to think that I have not found any treasures, rubbings, etc... which is fairly annoying for trying to complete the trophies.

Please help.

Well I guess I'll triple goddamn fucking dip on SFxT even though I hate it, because I like value and I'm a goddamn idiot. Thanks thread.

thanks, seriously

And... you'd be... missing... $10? At max?

What the hell is the big deal?

I know that feel, brah.

I look at it this way...
a 32gb card has 29gb of useable space
mk is 3 gigs or about 10.35% of the usable space on the 32gb card
if you bought the card at full price that means mortal kombat will be using $10.34 of space on your card while you have it installed.
if you bought the card at $60 it's still using $6.21 of space

i like physical better anyways but with the price of memory cards if you plan to have it installed at all times then $10 to keep 3gb off your memory card isn't a horrible deal even if it goes free this month. I am reading rumors that MK vita is going on sale next week though, but i haven't a clue if they are credible or not but if it goes on sale it won't come out this month.

It also wouldn't be that surprising if we didn't get it. I mean EU got batman AC which is also a WB game and NA didn't get it so it wouldn't be surprising if we missed out on another WB game due to differences between the EU and NA branches.

that was a December release sir.

MK Vita should've been on sale week 2 of the holiday sale. >_<

And having it installed on the card for quick play is worth it to me, especially since I can decide "oh, I haven't played that in a bit and I need some space" and just back it up and put the save on the PS+ cloud.

And people weren't sure what chronovolt counted towards last I saw; there were arguments for December because it actually went free on 12/31 but the only reason we got a 12/31 update was because the real update day (1/1) was a holiday.

I really hope your rumours are right though.
And I hope you're right that we'll still get a PS+ game or 2 for Vita in January. The sooner they swap out RCR and Chronovolt, the better.

What the frak?

Um they are both huge franchises... And GE2 is on PSP so what.

You don't know what you're talking about lol

personally I would be hard pressed to call a series that has never broken 1 million copies, since the launch of the ps2, of a game sold a huge franchise (Phantasy star here from the numbers i can find)

and it's not like god eater lit up the charts either... I don't think it broke 750k. again hardly huge.

now monster hunter got 5mil sold... but even then I think I would only call that a big franchise not huge... I personally reserve huge for franchises that sell around 10mil copies on a regular basis but that may just be me.

I really hope your rumours are right though.

it really seems like NA is settling in to something along the lines of the first two updates in a month will have free ps3 games and the last two updates in the month will have free ps vita games. While I am not sure if nba jam was a jan or decemeber game I know morgan mentioned that the vita was getting two decemeber plus games and they would be on the two holiday altered releases. we should get another vita release or two at the end of this month.

They aren't MH which is kind of the point lol of course they won't sell like it. These expectations smh

For the record I have no expectations of their sales, just questioning calling them huge franchises.
