So far ive had 3 separate error messages all for connecting online. Most can be fixed by doing a hard reboot of the vita system. I mean fully off. Fully restarted. Sometimes ive fixed it by unplugging my modem and wifi box - restting them. But yeah, thats how ive done it

PS3 version is on sale, I still see the Vita one at £11.99.

We need to do more EG/HSG matches like last night. It's a LOT more fun to play with a small group than it is to blast the computer challenges. <3

this was posted on eurogamer but it seems to be free in NA as well, I guess playstation mobile is a worldwide store?
 
What the hell? Wake Up Club didn't do jack shit, or track anything. I even woke my ass up and said "I'm awake" and nothin'.

There were a few people asking about Sonic & SEGA All Stars Racing Transformed matchmaking games a while back, and I now have a pretty good answer: the game is lively. You won't get a full match (which is good - 8 players or 10 on console is too crowded), but you'll get 4-6 easily. I played half a dozen matches after my Wake-up Club alarm this morning with a rotating group of people (probably 15 or more showed up in total).

did you make sure you left ythe app open when u went tobed. it works in standby mode, but u have to leave the clock screen open and go ito standby from that....

anyways... i got woken up.. but i had no fucking idea what to do i exited teh program before cheering on anyone else...the app could definitely be er how do i say ....enhanced?


i feel like its missing a bit of features, such as snooze.

Apparently Derrick the Deathfin's developer is looking into a PSVita version of his game. By the looks of the video it could totally be at home on handhelds.
Did anyone play it on PS3? Is it good? 25% discount (50% for Plus subscribers) on PSN right now.

Played it on PS3, actually a mobile version would be great but surely I'm not going to pay again for the same Derrick the Deathfin XD

maybe it's pretty cheap to port to the vita and seeing how strangers wrath did he is hoping that despite the smaller install base that the vita crowd is more willing to spend money on digital games?

it will be interesting to see if that continues to hold true, or if we are just seeing early system syndrome where people are willing to buy up anything that remotely looks good on the vita for now due to the small library of games, and as we get a larger library of retail releases for the vita if people jumping on digital games will slow down.

Yes. You are right in that when there is more variety there are more options. A developer to get a sales on the Vita store in say 2 years will be more difficult. While some may feel that having titles on both platforms is an Achilles heel, it's a competitive advantage in my opinion (especially with cross buy). Back in September 2012 I wrote a piece on my blog about righting the vita ship and introduced the concept of "Pub Fund for Two". I relayed this to @yosp and a few others.

Derrik could have benefited from such concept especially when there aren't a ton of cross-buy titles!

hahaha! it gets worse man... just wait till you stop 2 cm away. or when the ball rolls around the rim of the cup more than once! ( when that happens i usually like to blow into the mic and tilt my vita in hope that it will help the ball fall into the cup, kinda-sorta like bolding the A? button when attacking/ throwing a pokeball in pkmn red/blue.)

this is better on the Vita imo, love my Sunflower/Jetpack games, together with P4G on the go
 
so do you think square will ever stop being lame and actually bring over their decent looking FF games from IOS to the vita?
I would love to play dimensions and all the bravest on the the vita :/

Well, now that dev knows there's an option on platform .. hope to see more Vita exclusive PSN releases. This is a major strength of the Vita.

Well, they did release Final Fantasy 3, an iOS port of the DS game made for PSP that can be played on the Vita ;)

I'd rather they get Type-0 Vitafied and localized and give us a release date for FF X-Vita

People thought the Technika Tune tutorial was insufficient? I thought it was about a minute longer than it needed to be. It even goes over repeat notes and hold notes twice because of backtouch!

Most of the modifier names should be pretty self-explanatory. Fade In/Out affect the notes - Fade In makes the notes not appear until the timeline is close, and Fade Out makes the notes disappear before the timeline gets there. Blink and Blind affect the timeline - Blink makes the line blink, and Blind removes it entirely. Timeline Left and Timeline Right makes the timeline travel in the same direction in both halves of the screen.

as some know, the dev, is on gaf and hes been posting in that thread, answering some Q's etc.... he asked what price we'd like the game to be so go over and make it clear what price point you'd like the game to release at.

for reference i believe the ps mini was 3.99 pounds/4.99$

I suppose, but I would like them to port the IOS games so I can remove any desire to get an IOS device :P

seems to be "PlayStation®Plus subscribers will be able to buy the game for a 20% discount for a limited period."
 
Retro City Rampage in EU has (what I assume is) the demo listed as 'full game' for free. I guess I'm probably downloading the demo and haven't just got the full game for free, but we'll see.

EDF: Card says 'buy now' but LiveArea says 'playing Retro City Rampage (full game) for the first time'.
