This.

After you beat the game you unlock free roam so you can mop up achievements then.. I would try and complete small achievements and work towards the goals for earning the PERFECTIONIST achievement while playing normally (like rising the bike and skateboard, egging cars, etc.), but you could just go through the story and worry about it after.

Awesome! Sounds much better to play the game this way, since there is an overwhelming amount of stuff to do for the 100%.

Just got an email today that I was in the top 10 of a Benelux competition for "Ultimate Playstation Gamer 2013". Finals are next Saturday in Belgium, if I win I get a(nother) Vita and a year of free PS3 games!

wow, got two platinums today.

#17 Madagascar Kartz, a few annoying Time Trails, but overall pretty easy stuff.

#18 Sleeping Dogs, great game. a bit of a grind for Triad XP in the end, but not too bad. 35 hours of playing time.

We had to fill in a questionnaire about Playstation and answer everything as quick and correct as possible. I was in the Benelux top 10. Next weekend there is some sort of "practical exam" in Belgium, I'm guessing some sort of tournament or something, we'll see. I'm supposed to get some info this week about it.

PS I hope it's a Vanquish challenge because then I'm GONNA EAT THOSE FOOLS ! ;)

I'm currently going for my 5,000 kills (just hit 4,000) trophy in ME 3. If i start playing the DLC will it reset?
 
Platinum #17: Anarchy Reigns: Really fun game, with being sick and psn down I had a lot of time to do all the runs of the campaign done really quickly. Time for some good ol' multiplayer fun.

I'm Belgian myself, and I remember that competition. Was it featured in OPM? I work as a freelancer under the same media.

For the 200CC championships I used the Penguins, and used their star power in the end of the last lap. That almost always worked.

I used the giraffe (Melman) on "Shrek Swamp Gold Medalist"(that's the hardest one imo), and used Shrek on all the other Time Trails.

The thing I did was too keep the drift button (L2) and boost button (X) pressed all the time and tried to gain boost all the time, and always used the shortcuts.
Keep trying and you'll get it eventually.

Going through Assassin's Creed Liberation, not a bad game overall, very decent, + that patch that fixed that save data bullshit, it really isn't no more a oh shit did the game fuck me over moment! in the back of my head
I'm enjoying the story and Ass Creed portable version
 
Going for EDF trophies. I'm actually interested in this one cause it's a relatively new game, has a tough trophy set, and most of it's trophies are still really rare due to how long they take. Not even a single platinum yet!

Would be pretty cool to be among the first to get it.

Bully is so fun. What is it about menial tasks that I love so much? I remember I loved doing trivial things in Red Dead Redemption on the road to the 100%. Same with Bully. Somehow I'm greatly enjoying doing little things like bike races, lawn mowing, math class, paper routes, etc...

I was hoping to Platinuming Tomb Raider Underworld this month, but work and Hokuto Musou might affect that lol. Just a few more hours and I'll have Hokuto Musou Platinumed, will get that done by or before Friday XO.
 
Started Playstation all stars yesterday went straight online and knocked out all the online trophies really quickly. Kratos is so cheap can get my bar to 3 far to quickly. used toro for most of them though. little dude is a powerhouse.

just the arcade mode to trudge through now.

the trophies are actually quite hard to get. Not like the earlier games. But when the game hits the stores and people want help, I have lots of tips on how to get Some of the trophies. So feel free to ask if you need help.

GraveRobber, you thought Green Lantern's Platinum was boring? I gotta grind 3500 kills as Toki in Hokuto Musou and that's gonna be the most boring 1 hour I'd spen on a video game yeesh.

Most boring for me would be any game with Collectables and no way of searching for them in game.
 
Platinum #12 - Virtue's Last Reward

Overall, a fantastic game, although perhaps not as good as the original. Possibly because I already knew what kind of twist to expect. Trophies were ridiculously simple, took just over 20 hours to get the plat. I will say that the trophy names were hilarious, especially for some of the character endings.

Probably the best game out right now for the Vita, alongside Gravity Rush

Hokuto Musou= Fist of the North Star Ken's Rage. It's a game based on the manga series. The gamepaly is similar to Dynasty Warriors. There's a stage I can replay to grind 3500 kills easily lol.

I don't have lots of time to play but I'm an achievement whore as in "I try to get the highest compeltion percentage" instead of the not-so-classy to me "I try to get as many Gs as possible, playing Avatar and King Kong and CSI and shit".

I became a huge addict to trueachievements too.
