I agree on the perspective issue. Neither of the guys makes any kind of start like she's close to hitting her head and she obviously wasn't worried about it at all. Plus the video is sped up. I'm pretty sure the guy that is pushing her holds his look on her for a second to make sure she's clear and it just doesn't seem as obvious sped up.

Wouldn't have hurt at all since it looks very fake. No weight, but mass still exists. Tossing a 50kg woman at that speed takes some effort, and it doesn't look like he put that much in, he kind of lightly shoves her and she goes flying. The GIF may not be showing things in real time though.
Assuming it was real, it would hurt to hit your head like that. Not qutie as a much as if you fell from a height and hit your head on the ground since she looks sub 3m/s or so.

Yes, and it's suppose to be not a very fun experience.
No gravity makes it hard, and your sweat doesn't evaporate naturally so it gets way hot and sweaty.
Not to mention the possibility of fluids escaping and getting into places they shouldn't.
I do believe they have a certain 2 person sleepying bag type thing for it.
