At the risk of rubbing it in, the book in the wizards edition really is as fantastic as I would have hoped. Easily the best Collectors edition I have bought, and I have gotten alot of them.
Never watched any unboxing videos or anything before ordering so I am very pleasantly surprised.

If you've received your shipping confirmation email, go to here.
Click on the track by reference tab and type your order number into the shipment reference box. I got an ETA on my WE order this way!! Mine is supposedly supposed to arrive on the 29th.

I guess that's good, but it's also insane. If I actually get my copy and it arrives around the end of the month I'm not sure I'll care. Fire Emblem will be out by then and Ni No Kuni might go up on eBay.

Yeah, I hope you are right. She said she was a supervisor who was helping to handle these orders.
We'll see what today brings... and if there's no email I guess I'll just have to call back. Really silly that they didn't fulfill the orders in the order they were placed. People who ordered in July not getting any info, while people who ordered last week are having theirs arrive soon.

The weird thing is though, is that he STILL hasn't been charged for the product. No pending charge, no complete charge. I still have a pending charge on my account.
17th as soon as it went live. My friend ordered right when I did and he didn't received a cancellation e-mail, and has a label created. I'm happy my friend is receiving a copy, but they really dropped the ball on this, which is evident by the posts in this thread.

No shipping label for me yet either. I originally ordered mine last summer, then had to call customer service earlier this month to have them cancel the order and place another one, due to a stolen credit card. At least I haven't received a cancellation email for it, I suppose.

I think they really should do a reprint. And while they do that, they should go with Amazon.
I'm afraid that's going to be what happens for a lot of people, and it really stinks because I think NNK is the RPG a lot of people have been looking for.

Score! So afer all the trouble i went through with these guys back in June, i just noticed they shipped me a extra Wizards Box. They sent me a email saying that it was there mistake, and to just go ahead and keep it. Crazy! :-D

Yeah, the game really is well done. I've only been able to put in an hour and a half so far. Can't wait to play more tonight. Don't let this Digital River nonsense put you off from a wonderful game.
