It's too niche, among a host of other reasons.
For other countries, I'd assume you'd get the fixed version, but depending on how silly the company and its licenses are it might not be the case.
Anime publishers are different from Manga publishers most of the time(except for Kaze) so they wouldn't give a crap if the manga sells or not.
Togashi is a fucking joke, i think he has one of the best style out there but ffs when he's tired of drawing he just don't give a shit...
By the way i hoped that the refinements in the Bluray were... richer, fixing few faces isn't exactely the best :/

I don't know the exact number, but it's one of the last pre-yet-another-hiatus batch of chapters. Right at the end of the election arc.
337 which is like the third to last released but you can see this in a lot of chapters before that too

Wouldn't his medical condition affect his drawing skills? There was another artist who did promotional art for Capcom but had done it after he was recovering and the art look terrible.
The medical condition of being bone idle? No way Chapter 330 would have happened if he was actually ill.

That was my first time seeing the manga Terraformars pv but they really made it look and sound pretty cool. If only it was in english beyond v1. That being said, hopefully it gets an anime and stuff this year or even next year, Id watch.
The episode itself was probably one of the best ones and delivered on the match up I was most looking forward to in a while. It was quite amazing. They are really funny and it was really suspenseful and intense Best moment:

Otherwise, its still difficult to even enjoy Lisa Lisa's prsence, how do you do that stuff with the ruby but still look and sound completely bored and uninterested? Does she even care about whats going on?
Lastly on the other commercial, I hope we do ever get to see that Josuke (I think thats his name they keep showing his figure every week) animated, looks kind of cool at least, looking around.
