Yup. I'll be getting it on 360, but only used. Even if it cost me the same amount as buying it new.

Atlus need to learn that they shouldn't treat Europe like shit. Not since the older days of Nintendo have we been so completely shafted. We've been waiting a year for Persona 4 Arena.
 
Right so: Where's the cheapest to get MG Rising and God of War Ascension? I checked some sites in Europe but was wondering if anyone found it for 35 Pounds or less. Regular edition BTW.
 
No crazy offers on Ps3 superslims or previous slims? Prices seem to have crept up a little recently (basic 500GB was under £200 at shopto last week but isn't anymore)
 
There's a 2 for 25 (pounds) at Zavvi for PS3 Essentials.

I just grabbed me some Heavy Rain and R&C:ACiT which for some reason was quite hard to find.

Now all I'm craving for is MGS HD (PS3) but it's either for 30 pounds, or it's out of stock :\

Maybe, in any case the multiplayer matchmaking is just broken. Which means you will get matched against parties of 5 or 6 players, most of the time really high level players - your own level and even the level of other players on your team doesn't matter. Which means in those cases most of the time your team will get completely destroyed. And at least for me that's not fun - and I even mean both sides.

If you're buying Uncharted for the online then you're doing it really wrong. The multiplayer is average at best. There are way better multiplayer-focused games out there. The singleplayer is excellent though.

No other reason to buy the goty edition, though. Can't believe I bought the season pass only to get skins and UC2 maps.
 
anyone has any experience with ordering stuff in the UK directly to hotel? My friend is going to London for a couple of weeks and I was thinking about ordering something via amazon.co.uk (and other online shops) to his hotel? Thoughts? Recommendations?

I would guess ringing the hotel beforehand, and asking them about their policy would be the best option.

It might be worth considering Amazon Locker. If there is one available in the area near the hotel(check here)

I did the same thing, in London nontheless, while looking for a new apartment to move into.
Just make sure to speak with the manager(s) beforehand to learn what their policies are.
 
MadWorld dropped to about £10 after 2 months, Bayonetta was at least £18 after a month of release and Vanquish did the same. Anarchy Reigns was released at £15

Bah missed it. Was 8 in stock when I was on the page, put it into my basket and it was gone.
 
It's still in stock on their actual website, whether you'll get it though...

They've also mispriced the Wii U premium edition for £40 too... Something tells me that one definitely isn't going to get honoured. :P
 
Another Amazon/Gameseek deal via HDUK...Batman: Arkham City - Game of the Year (Xbox 360) £6.99. They also had Need for Speed Most Wanted for £6.99 but that's disappeared now. These prices aren't going to be honoured are they?

Is there a better deal than Amazon UK's 33.61GBP?

I would prefer white because my Classic Controllers and Nunchucks are white.
They have to ship to Europe though (Greece)
 
I got one as part of the Flingsmash pack from Play.com. Slightly cheaper but black.

The other I got from a second hand shop. For £11! Also black, as that is what I was looking for.

Sell games on eBay. or trade in or something. You should end up paying £35/£40 total after trades - I think
 
GAF i need help regarding zavvi

My game did not come, so I requested a refund, I filled up everything, but they somehow sent me new game instead. I asked for refund very clearly and because of that they told me to return an item to their warehouse. I waited to come, i sent it back and I sent them every possible proof of postage, receipt and all other stuff, and now they don't want to refund me, they dont answer in support centre on website, they don't answer on email, they TURNED OFF support by phone! It worked last week! So im desperate because they need to refund me 78pounds and now I can't reach them. Not to mention that I have over 60 outstanding orders in past 2 years with them!

Anyone?

And this was within a duration of? 2 days? 2 weeks? 2 months?
If you just sent it back, you need to wait till it arrives. Refunding you before that would be pretty stupid on part of zavvi, especially on expensive orders.

I guess PS3 version was at that price as well. But even at that price, I'm not sure if I would have bought it.
 
Does anyone have any experience with selling stuff through Amazon marketplace?

I've just seen that Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones is listed for £100 new/£50 used, but after checking on ebay, it never sells for more than about £26.

Similarly, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn is going for £48 new/£32 used, but ebay tends to sell them at £25 or less.

Is there a reason for this massive price inflation, are the sellers just hoping that someone will be stupid enough to pay that, and most importantly, are people stupid enough to pay that?
