Man, I don't even care for the Bioshock Infinite deal (as good as it is), I just want my Alpha Protocol key to process correctly... I bought it earlier today and it said there was an error in the processing of the order. Now it says I own the game on the game's page but there is no key on my account or email and my GMG credit I used on the purchase still shows up, making me think it didn't go through.
BTW for everybody who's getting the infinite key tonight, you can get the pre-order bonus steam key right away from the Industrial Revolution Website. You use the extra key in the GMG email to sign-up on https://www.finkmanufacturing.com/ and complete up to (and including) puzzle 12. Once 12 is completed they will give you a steam key for the pre-order bonus. You can complete all the way up to puzzle 59 if you want but all you get at the end are facebook/twitter images and icons (lol...).

would not be surprised if they used 2 completely separated systems
1 for preorders and 1 for direct purchases. Since the preorder is filled to the brim with queued keys and probably requires more manual processing it takes longer than the direct purchase one where you are getting it automatically when you buy the game.

About the formatting of the keys did anyone get the following. Oh I thought it was the TF2 hats, oh well. I usually like playing the game vanilla so hopefully these pre-order buffs can be ditched.

if so do you know what the second line is? I already received the other two games in a previous e.mail and the serial doesn't match up to anything else I've previously bought from GMG. Beginning to think someone accidentally pasted two serials into my mail.

Yeah, I'm having a similar problem. Spec Ops doesn't show up under keys and when I go to my games page its there but no key.

You should've gotten an email confirmation when you first made your order, and the keys will be in that email. If you ordered before any bonuses were announced then it should be in your Keys page.

Note that some people have claimed their bonus game keys appearing under the Bioshock sub-heading. Didn't happen to me though.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. Bioshock 1 shows on the Key page and both Civ 5 and Bioshock 1 show on the Games page, I can get the Civ 5 Key from the Games page though.
So I ordered Bioshock Infinite yesterday and the site told me my bank did not authorize my purchase. I contacted my bank this morning and they told me the payment would be processed. As of right now, I still don't have any confirmation of the order or any of the games added in my games library. Should I be worried? Is it normal for them to take this long?

The bank authorization thing is a common problem for GMG, they won't send you keys until they receive money.

Hell Yeah! is awesome, and it has a really cool soundtrack. Some parts can get frustrating, but overall it's not too hard, and it's fun from beginning to end. You chose well.
I received the email but only the Bioshock key was in that. When I go to the Keys page, Spec Ops key is the only one that doesn't show up. Which is weird because Spec Ops shows up in My Games. Gives a option to download but that sends to me to an error page.
I'm sure it will work its self out though. Never had any problem with Greenman and I've bought a lot of games from them.

Here's my first hand experience:
- GMG had Batman Arkham City/Asylum bundle on sale for $19.99.
- US only. So US, that it does not even show up in the search results if your IP region is wrong.
- I get TunnelBear, install, flick the switch to USA.
- Start a web browser and voila - now the game shows up just fine.
- Make the purchase using my regular account without tinkering with the account details.
- Get the codes.
- Close the web browser, shut down TunnelBear.
- Activate the codes on Steam.

I just tried to purchase Skyrim's Dragonborn DLC but I got the "Your bank hasn't approved GMG.." error. I used my debit card so I checked my account online and money has been taken but no key. Should I expect the money to be returned soon or what?
