Stun and damage are the ones I know. Chun li's throw can do 20% to 40% damage, roughly. And two hits is all you need to stun someone, if you are lucky.

Most people think Hsien Ko's item tosses are random although technically speaking Hsien Ko's item toss isn't 100% random because due to 1 frame links you can chain together the stun item toss and perform an infinite (best character in the game or something). Hsien Ko's item toss are based on some time interval between the two items used or something.

No surprise the two worst characters in the game are those with random elements to them.

Yeah Hsien-Ko's item toss is dependent on the time from when you threw the last item, and yeah that kinda considerably contributes to how crap she is.

I think the exact thing he was saying was that Morrigan in AV plus Doom could chip a character for 60% of their health during the duration of the and Dorm doesn't do as much.. Although I would argue that Dorm can do near equivalent chip with one Stalking Flare and a couple of full spells uses with missiles.
