Ugh, that "good guy" morality is so repulsive. Especially since Wolverine is contradicting himself by killing Magneto to save humans.
I'm not sure what's worse:
-Good guy moralist who says killing is wrong, but kills anyway because he's doing it "for the right reason", like that means something
-Good guy moralist who says killing is wrong, and the story has all the villains die convenient deaths so he never has to get his hands dirty (lolBatman)

I think the implication for Ryu/Evil Ryu being the same tier is that Ryu used to have to give into the Satsui no Hadou to become more powerful, but he turned it down. And he's trained enough up to SF3 that he doesn't need it anymore.

Evil Ryu is weaker than Normal Ryu once he controlls himself and focuses. Sagat beat Evil Ryu's ass enough to bring him back to normal

I have one. Messing with the 5 modes (standard, scenery, theater, game, night view) available they seen like color presets. Each mode have different brightness, color, sharpness, contrast, etc and you can manually adjust them to fit your needs.
I don't know how that would affect latency.

Q's story is that he pretty much goes around killing off all the strongest fighters in the world then vanishes. Kinda like Akuma, but where akuma will only do it on agreement and vs someone equal to him. Q just kills you even if you were in the middle of your laundry like a douchebag

I would say Akuma as my choice. He's consistently treated as a deity. If you even get to the level of challenging him, he just leaves because he's had his fun for the day.

manipulation is equal to Ken's during SFZ3. The girl's ridiculously gifted
and able to learn Ryu's moves just by watching him. If Sakura continued
training on and on after SFZ3, she can really be something. Oh, and judging
from SFZ3, she can beat Honda, so she gets to be higher than him. Finally in
SF4, seeing as how she reaches farther in Seth's tournament than Zangief does,
(she reaches Ryu) she gets to be higher than the Red Cyclone as well.
