KHTV has the least amount of time delay (a minute or less it appears), but of course it's LQ.

On the contrary, they got 1000% better since they only appear in about 10% of the episodes and are actually competent now.
The anime got watchable again when they got rid of the "we're blasting off again!" filler in every episode.

Well, I want to have this tab open on my iPad while browsing other stuff, and it would be nice to leave the volume up so I can know when stuff starts happening. But he's obnoxious as hell

Hmm, I can sort of agree with that. They could have made them competent without the major character shift, yes. But still, if that's what it takes for no more "we're blasting off agaaaaain!" so be it.
