He's most likely out of the ICU by now, not sure how the hell he survived the past 12 hours.

Why run? Turn your brother in. Don't be stupid and follow in his footsteps. That's what I would do. Hell I had that much sense at 19, probably long before that even.
So what happens if this kid didn't shoot the MIT cop, this kid was indeed brainwashed and misled by his brother and was scared shitless the last 18 hours? I don't think this kid will get the death penalty like some are hoping or expecting. Probably life in prison, but what do I know.. There is a lot to this story we don't know but so far...
From all accounts he seemed like a normal, well adjusted kid going to college. Some of his tweets would lead me to believe he's pretty far from being any kind of extremist. Now think of Monday? His brother actually tried to be disguised with the sunglasses and hat actually front facing. This kid went out in the middle of the marathon with his hate backwards and eyes wide open. Now we can kinda see there is a possibility he just straight up gave up and had no suicidal explosives strapped to himself like his brother. I'm not trying to be an Internet detective or what have you. I just think there's a lot more to this particular brother than what we've seen at face value.
It's all very interesting...I hope we get answers :/

Umm..
What is that playing on the TV there?
lol
where is the pink dildo? lol.
:lol
Wasn't there another photo of a guy being interviewed on skype and he left his dildo out? lol

I can't imagine the conflicting of emotions that the people who are treating him must be having. They surely must want him to not save his life, and yet keeping him alive is the most valuable thing to do.
Don't worry, we'll keep him alive long enough to have him tell us everything we need and then we'll sentence him to the death penalty.
America.

His actions are inexcusable and I feel absolutely no sympathy for him, nor will I ever.Yes, he could have done that and gotten away with a better sentencing, but he was probably a scared 19 year old with his brother telling him its too late, we gotta run, do more, or what have you. No doubt this kid will get a steep sentencing, but I dunno...there is a lot of reasons he wouldn't just turn his brother in (not that that means his sentencing should be less because of this) if he was scared.

True. I can't follow down that path tho, he had/dropped the backpack, he continued to fight/flee even after his brother was killed. Impossible to justify.Yes, he could have done that and gotten away with a better sentencing, but he was probably a scared 19 year old with his brother telling him its too late, we gotta run, do more, or what have you. Im sorry there is no justification of his actions.
I think there's a pretty good chance he doesn't get the death penalty. He'll be told to give up all the information he has in return for the death penalty being taken off the table. It's the only real leverage we have to get him to talk.

Thank god for the red circle (and arrow). Probably wouldn't have been able to find it otherwise.
Denial isn't a crime, unless they specifically helped the suspect then I don't see why they have to be punished.
A negotiator talk him into surrendering.

EDITED PHOTO! Real pic was posted many pages back. It had CNN or some other news station on it.

Lame...and not really funny.
Possibly, but if you are innocent and don't want to go down in flames then you do the right thing even if it is your big bro.
Besides that, there were two bombs, two bags. The older brother was carrying one, he was carrying the other. He's not innocent, and even if his brother influenced him, it was ultimately HIS choice to go through with it. Choices have consequences.

Yep. I'd probably edit some comment in about how disgusted you are by it, if I were you. Play it off like that was always your intent.
I don't understand this death penalty thinking.
Death penalty for a 19 year old is too easy an out from this whole thing.
Let him be thrown to the wolves in prison for the rest of his life and live and die between concrete walls.
He'll have a good 40-50 years to languish.
Im not sure what your doing then. Its either is or not. How can you say what he could have done when we have full blown facts of what he has done. Why run over your own dead brother just to escape the police? Turn yourself in. The law will take effect accordingly its not like we can control it these are the set rules and it what you must follow. If they put the death penalty on him then so be it.I'm not justifying shit. I'm just saying he could have done a hell of a lot less than what people here are accusing him of and asking what that means in the long run (if he indeed did do less). I just don't like that people are all uppity about putting the death penalty on him right now. ::shrugs::
forever alone
so now we find out that about 40% of the shit the media reported in the last 24 hours wasnt real.

Damn, almost 2 million views in 24? hours.. Hardcore
