Lol a dude sacrificed another teammate and I and it let to us dying to Cerberus within 4 minutes. The next time we did it we kept reviving one another until I told him to sacrifice me and we won.

Edit- 3rd day in a row I manage to be at the top of the page!


Buy Ys I & II and Ys 7 in order to get ready for Ys Celceta. Also buy PASBR if you want a time waster.

EDIT: I can somehow understand Toto when he says Texture Sacrifice... lol some places it's really bad :/
they should have went Gravity Rush art direction for the environment.. lol. (no the bosses are fine :D)

I contacted them about their site not showing the preorder bonus and they replied something along the lines of "we don't partake in preorder bonuses". I ordered a game from them around the same time and they sent me the wrong copy. Also it was the slowest shipping service possible.

I'd suggest otherwise unless they have a really good track record with you.

That's when you leave the match. Net result: His time was wasted, less of your time was wasted.

Who knows, we may luck out tuesday, but SCEA is so balls out backwards that they probably won't put it up like SCEA did.

Tell me about it. SCEE are almost always on the ball while SCEA just tries to play catch-up. They should send a couple of the guys over to SCEA to show em how it's done :P.
 
Apparently Thomas Was Alone is coming out on Tuesday? At least according to PS Blog's The Drop. I was thinking it was the 30th. I'm excited!

I have it pre-ordered for $32 thanks to one of those preorder promos they had a while back.
 
Sony should like hire a rep that runs an account on both GAF and Reddit (just to answer questions.. not promote stuff or anything) but who am I kidding @_@

April 30, $40.. will really start playing come May 8 (End of exams)
 
I've surprisingly found pretty friendly people online. Everyone is generally helpful and in not a single game have people wasted the magic refresher trees/bones/tombstones.

I just wish people were more mindful of their AoE attacks!! Hate getting knocked down from the Juggernaut boulder when I'm charging up lol.

oops. I'm guilty of that.
(I'm kinda frustrated by this "friendly fire" though.. especially when I am trying to attempt a Skilful Attack achievement then WHAM! and I'm knocked off and the enemy gets back on his feet @_@)
 
So do we know what exactly carries over into Soul Sacrifice retail?

Like are you going to start right where you left of or just stats? what?

there is also the resident evil sale, but other than that im not sure. Thomas was Alone may be the only indie game I dont buy this month, since something about it just is not clicking with me.

Im more curious about the update on the 30th since there is a PSBASR sale that week, Zombie Tycoon 2 looks fun, and on the blog they mentioned that a bunch of games related to characters in allstars would also be on sale. So it may be a good update just for sales depending on what goes up.

I'm testing the water right now (posted it on a ads for free local site but the highest offer I've got is $120 with all my game cards(well what left of them anyway),one asked if he can download APKs(lol) and one dude phoned me and was ready to buy it if just for PES.

and it's sad that almost everyone I talked to always ask if this new "PSP" can play pirated games and they jump out when they I tell them it can't.

amazon is willing to give you 120 credit for system a lone. and you can get $20 extra.

Can you tell me how it works? If I go to online on the main menu, it just forces my Vita into adhoc mode.

Edit: Just messed with it again. Unless they have hidden it (lol?), there is no online play in Guilty Gear (currently?).

So sum it up, obviously SCE (at least in Japan) and third party developers will be supporting Vita, but...

..basically quite a few devs in Japan are not done with PSP yet.
Moreover, they think Vita's tech is too early for them.
(Remember GE2 and Toukiden are initially to be released at PSP only, and GE2's release date isn't even announced yet).

Based on the fact that SCE relies on third party's input (for both handheld and console), they simply can't ignore third party's feedback.

Edit: IMO the reason PS4 is developed by mainly Western team of Sony is that tech-demand discrepancy between Japan and West has become so large that it can't be ignored.
Basically they must continnue support for PSP/PSV/PS3/PS4 to support all third party devs.
(One example is that Bamco stated they'll start focusing on PS3 as for console buisiness, last year).
