Anyone else get Soul Sacrifice through Flubit and NOT get the DLC?

The product I submitted to them had the DLC, and all through the process they had it listed as that edition.

I have warned about this in this thread previously - I asked them to send me the Circle Pad Pro for 3DS XL and all through the process they had it listed as such until they sent me a CPP for a standard 3DS. Don't use Flubit for anything that's not foolproof otherwise it is a fucking nightmare to sort it.

Kind of considering this for the last of us demo. Anyone know if you will get in the beta too?

i think the demo is kinda like the cross play things with PSASBR and sly except this time it's inside the game rather than installed from the xmb

also i think flubit may stop using shopto, they told them to stop opening multiple accounts before on twitter so shopto may end up banning them from the website

Not really a deal but if you think the eshop download prices are ridiculous then use game to buy the download codes, they are more sensible. Fire emblem is 40 on the eshop but you can buy the code off game for 33. Obviously you can't beat physical in terms of price however.

Would flubit discount those download codes from game?
They say somewhere they don't do offers on downloads only physical goods, also not gift cards. You can try but it'll probably just be rejected (like the eShop cards did for me).

Speaking of eShop. GAME apparently have another £5 off £50 code:
SVOOMAY
I can't get it to work.

Anyone tried to put the Asda Wii U basic through Flubit?

I put Amazon's £149 Basic in and they came back with £140.

Ran into my first Flubit error/problem today.

Ordered Mahjong 3D for the 3DS (don't laugh, it was for a friend!) using a price on Hitari.co.uk & they sent me Mahjong 3D Warriors of the Empire instead, so a simple error I guess. :/ It was only £7.71, so I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle returning it.

Who exactly do you return an item too if something like that happens?

There seems to be an odd occasion so far where the the wrong game is being sent out. Which is slightly worrying.

I thought this happened to me a couple of days ago, but then I realized they sent me the same game TWICE.

So seen as we are addressing Flubit war stories - I had submitted two demands for Fire Emblem and Luigi's Mansion 2 about 3 days apart, thursday I received notification that Fire Emblem had been shipped low and behold today I receive a copy of Luigi's Mansion 2.

Honestly I know I have saved good money on buying through Flubit but if they want to get bigger they have to fix these ground level issues

EDIT: Just checked the invoice that came with LM2 and said it came from Base.com instead of Fireworks Ltd.

Pass. I've emailed Flubit. The game actually came from Amazon.co.uk with a price of £29.95 (I paid £7.71) & they have the Mahjong game I originally wanted for £29.95.

My Amazon invoice has a billing adresss of Fireworks Merchant & says it's a purchase from Game Trade Ltd on Amazon.co.uk.

Why is Zavvi pretending like Fire Emblem doesn't exist? Only has the bundle :\

They don't pretend. They just don't show sold out items when searching.

This is a good scary game, right?

I didn't like it at all. Most of the levels are quite linear, tiny chapters and the mechanics are quite bad (my opinion). Other people love it. Positive review here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WSj1I7UDPYo

Hopefully you get a straight answer. I'm sure somebody had a similar issue a few pages back and nobody was taking responsibility.

Hmmm that's why I'd be dubious of the service. Who's going to take the blame or the game back, without passing the buck. If it was clear then I'd have no qualms. Not that I've generally had to send something back, but it's a bit of an inconvenience when you do.

In regards to flubit I'm almost certain fireworks merchant is flubit or they're connected somehow. They contact other sellers, so you always get something from another seller never flubit or fireworks merchant directly, at least that's how my orders have gone. None of them have been game related though, no problems so far my girlfriend has used the service without a hitch too.

Uh, yeah. I thought they even stated that? Well, even if they don't:

The items you purchase from Fireworks are fulfilled by a selection of over 800 reputable (and carefully selected) UK online retailers. Fireworks purchases products on your behalf and ensures they are sent directly to you from that retailer.

Makes me wonder how careful they really are. My first order from them was from a random 3rd Party seller with no branding. Which is fine, I guess.

Well, I've just had a reply to my email which I sent this morning, which is good customer service. However, in the email, they contain the link I provided & the link they used for my order, which are for the same game, but they (whoever 'they' are) sent me the wrong Mahjong game. :/ Let's see what the solution is!

Exciting stuff! Hehe.

Anyone else still waiting for Zavvi to dispatch Soul Sacrifice? Mine's still at 'awaiting stock pick' :(

Got it for £26 but thinking of cancelling it and buying from amazon.

Yeah maybe people missed that. I suspect they are not bothered at all where they get the item from they just look for the price. I received an order with no invoice so I have no idea where it was from.
