Im really interested as what game they could be talking about, if it really is Vita related im not sure what could make people "go mental" when its announced.
If its an indie game im not sure, and the only thing I could see people flipping out over is if it was like Minecraft or something.
Its its larger third party it could be anything really, going to be cool to finf out what this is, but if its an SCEE signing I would assume gamescom at the earliest.
Id love to get Saints row 4 on vita, or a whole host of other stuff aswell.

Hmm, am I missing something with SS's pre-ordr stuff/ network pass?
In my download list I have three SS items:
1) SS download
2) Japanese VO Download
3) Pre-order entitlement download .... which can't be downloaded to the Vita
So downloaded the 3rd option, as I didn't have the pre-order stuff, on my PS3 ... but I can't find it in the content manager?
Also when I go to pettler and click on claim gifts it says I need a online pass and would I like to buy one? I though Digital comes with the pass?

- HDMI out

- Maybe a few touch ups that will allow streaming to be as smooth as possible from the PS4 (and maybe the PS3 too?)
- I dunno. Maybe an extra big of CPU power allowing for PS2 BC? (this one will never happen)

Most of my biggest gripes (lack of apps you'd expect to find even in a $99 Blackberry Playbook, horrible bubble interface, excessive power management nannying by Sony, too many "Connecting" pop-up notifications that should just be kept in the background, etc.) can be fixed by software.
I'm hoping that whatever hardware rejiggering Sony cooks up, they are just as thoughtful about addressing some of these software-related gripes.
hmm they'll need to do more than that to convince me to get a revised Vita (though I probably would... lol)
doubt the extra CPU power will be added... it'll be fragmenting the already small Vita market

Shahid seems to be working on allot of stuff, and according to him we wont see allot of it until Q4. The question left is what kind of content is it, the obvious answer is indie games, but hes responded numerous times that he does not just do indie stuff.
The only issue I can see there is that he is with SCEE, so that would probably fall to gamescom, buts its not like Euro devs, and publishers dont go to E3 so I guess we will see. Even if Sony had a bunch planned for Vita I still expect the majority of their E3 to focus on the PS4 especially if its coming this holiday.
You see this is the worrying part!

While I agree it would suck, I dont think E3 is the be all end all it once was anymore, I mean if Sony spends most of E3, Gamescom, and TGS on PS4 but announces a handful of games for Vita at each combined with all of these Indie announcements it would still be getting support, it just would not all be announced at E3.
It would be like if Sony had a big Vita show right before E3, but then left it out of E3 itself(outside of PS4 functionality) would it really be big deal just because those announcements are not made at E3?
E3 is great no doubt, but in the age we live in and with how much information we get, and the numerous gaming events throughout.the year, its just never going to be what it used to.
I guess we can't expect a constant chain of announcements week after week.

Umm! Why the need for uploading if u are still playing? I am sorry but I don't understand this one.
For me, it's about the security. If something were to happen to my Vita while it's on standby in a game (which it mostly is) then whatever progress I've made since that last upload is gone. Since PS+ came to the Vita, I stopped uploading my saves to my computer because I no longer needed to. With games quick saving as much as they do, it would be nice the system would detect if you're currently in a game and then would upload the most recent save -- be it a quick save or manual. Then, once you've closed the application, it could go back and replace the "standby" save with whatever new progress you've made.
I watched the first minutes (don't want to watch too much since i'm buying it day one). Looks absolutely amazing. One of my most anticipated games.

Virtue's Last Reward is SO DAMN ADDICTING. Much more than P4G in my opinion. It's really compromising my studies. Also, it's so damn better than 999.
Oh, I read a lot of people suggesting that you can enjoy VLR without a previous playthrough of 999... well yeah, but you lose like 50% of the appeal. I really suggest playing 999 first, it's a pity to lose all the connections between the two titles. I imagine VLR's plot would also be more confusing than ever and some things would sound very silly.

But I am very active at tombraiderforums. There are only 2 or 3 guys there who are active in the vita thread there. They are very involved with the gaming and vita. Both had it since launch. Now the thing is I posted the pic of sly cooper that I bought. And the guy is questioning me is "Sly Cooper is out too"? He Had no idea that the game was out. Sony really need to change their marketing. If Vita owners do not know when the Vita games are out then what do the non owners know.

You need to go to the PSN store and visit the Soul Sacrifice section. There you can download the network pass and another pre order dlc for free. Now you can activate your gifts in the peddler menu.
Agreed. Virtue's Last Reward was a real suprise for me (in a positive way). It got me hooked right from the start. I'm currently about 20 hours in and i really enjoyed playing it. It is not without flaws though. But it's been rather fantastic to play and experience nonetheless.
I never played 999 and knew next to nothing about this franchise so i'm wondering what background info i'm missing out on. Who knows, playing 999 might have made this game a tad less mysterious and confusing. Because at this point, i still have no clue how this is going to end

To be fair VLR manages to explain the important stuff via dialogues and secret archives (be sure to get the golden folders playing in hard mode, they shed some light on 999 too), but playing the game sometimes I find myself wondering "would I have gotten this point if I hadn't played 999?". I guess it must be very confusing if you don't know what 999 was all about. Hell, it's confusing (in a good way) even if you don't The good thing is that (so far at least, but I'm at around 30 hours and probably near to completion) VLR doesn't spoil 999's ending so if you want to play it later you can enjoy it all the same.

VLR is spoiling 999 ending completly if you have all endings unlocked.
And it was very enjoyable even without playing 999 first imho.

Oh, and it would be nice if the games asked if you wanted to tie your save to the cloud for automatic uploads like PS3 games do. Again, I'd rather not have to close my game and go to the Content Manager app for something that should be a pretty basic feature.

Pretty sure the Rainbow Six Vita hint came from one of a GAF Ubi leaker. He has previously leaked the details on AC4 and was right.

He said: Oh yeah, we pre-ordered them and I hope we can get some copies next week!
I told him that it was the Persona for the Vita not the arena one for PS360. Him: Oh yes I know, we hope we can have some copies next week.
For the record, I've never saw such game in the Store so...stay tuned for next week update!
...Meanwhile I'm going to check Carl's Youtube video for

They haven't even hit the 3DS stretch goal and are saying they'll be making it anyways. I also have to question their earlier cries about living in China, and not being able to receive Sony's support when they have a branch in Canada.
