Itd be interesting to see vita get a "share" button or function on its revision. Similar toDual Shock 4. I am actually really exciteed to sell off my current vita, and get a new revision. Haha. Just hope it comes in white... Anyways i really want the share button just so posting screen caps is easier and not as crunched.

(I hate the procedure for switching accounts)Why not just implement the share button into the settings menu that pops up when you hold down the PS button? Actually, is that something that could be added with a Firmware update?
They'd have to bump up the CPU's power to do something beyond a screenshot. As well, Sony said they were going to update the Nico Nico app to allow users to live stream certain games from their Vita. That never happened, and I assume it's because they wanted to save that feature for PS4.

The Youtube should be filled with high quality direct feed Vita gameplay. Thats free advertisment for Sony.
I really don't understand why Sony didn't see that and added TV out to the Vita.
I often watch some gameplay on Youtube before buying a game. But it has to be direct feed in HD.
Since there are these Vitas with capture cards on sale there are now some channels on youtube with direct feed footage.
SplitPlaythru is one.
He/she has SoulSacrifice and Uncharted Gameplay and some DOA5+ Videos.

Yeah, I wish there was more of it too. Like that new Tearaway video, I immediately watched it on my Vita to get a better idea of what the game would actually look like when playing on the Vita. It looked damn good.
LOL. It's like they've gone out of their way to not be on Vita. The bigger issue here is that everything points to this game being $15 on mobile? Other than square, is that a common price point?
Ah thanks! Strangely I couldn't get it via the storefront I had to use the store shortcut on the live screen! The store front still shows the online pass as a 'purchasable'

Following on from the discussion about E3 on the last page, does anyone else get the feeling that Sony is deliberately holding announcements back to avoid a repeat of last year?
We essentially already know that Fifa is coming, but there's no official word - EA won't talk about next-gen yet, but the Vita version will most likely be from the PS3 one, so that seems irrelevant. Likewise, we've heard rumblings of Rayman Legends, but again nothing official. Last year, Sony (at least in Europe) had significant co-marketing deals with EA and Ubisoft, that could mean Sony get a bit of a say over announcement dates.

It's bizarre too since the PS3 version of OP: PW2 is being localized. All Scamco would have to do is program in an already existing translation ...
FIFA 14 will just be another FIFA 11 roster update. Ubisoft probably doesn't want a $40 version of Rayman Legends on the shelves while they're selling it for $60 on PS3/360/Wii U.
Because they were afraid it could hurt PS3 sales, especially in markets like Japan where handhelds rule and Vita shares many titles with PS3.

Unless they could set both at the same price point, I think they'd rather take the 'beggar's can't be choosers" route and get their extra 10$ from the few OP diehard PS3 fans.
It started happening with one of the recent update. 2.10 or 2.11 - I didn't change anything, I just noticed one morning that it was uploading for games that I had open.
Agreed on it asking you as well, I keep forgetting.

Yeah I'm tired of kickstarters teasing Vita owners with an impossible to get Vita stretch goal, or no possibility of a Vita version. It's known that Vita games, especially cheaper, digital ones, have a high attach rate.
This really makes me wish I got Sonic Racing instead of Sly 4 and Guacamelee... I really love Sonic and I was really leaning towards it ><
This is WAY too confusing IMO. IF ONLY Sony would just bring that freaking ereader app from SCEJ to the West, but NOOOOOO it's too hard because it's a different region..
That's strange. I downloaded only the main Soul Sacrifice game on my Vita, and everything is included in that one file (pre-order bonuses and network pass). I didn't even see a pre-order entitlement download on my Vita.
Gotta fix the screenshot compression first.

Are you surprised? It was clear since the beginning that their only real objective was the 3ds version.
Eh, doesn't scream 'please pay an extra $20 for me' kinda value. The pouch looks nice, I guess, but I think the skin looks pretty ugly, to be honest.

Well it's something though, I'll probably put down the extra cash just to have more Vita swag, I might get bored of the Persona 4 skin after I finally beat the game, someday. I actually like that skin, but it has a case too! My only problem with Muramasa is that it's coming out near The Last of Us :\

With Muramasa, Project x Zone, and Deadpool all dropping on the 25th of June, there's no way I can drop the extra $20 for some pretty whatever extra stuff.
:lol I imported P4G specially because I was desperate, and I'd get it 4 months earlier than the rest of the UK. Got 70 hours on the clock and still haven't beaten it. Most of those hours were in the first week I received it, as well :<
As for Muramasa, I'm interested, but I don't think it's a day one for me.

Hey guys any advice on a good Vita case? Ive heard that the one sold by Rocketfish is pretty good but only Best Buy sells it.

I haven't played Guacamelee so I can't comment on if there's something in there to give you that impression. All three of their games have/will have PC versions, and were partially funded by Sony, so that's a bit more than just personal bias.

I have the PDP Pull and Go Folio, and I absolutely love it. It's kind of a silly name, but it is a great product. It is not a hardshell case like other cases, but it has ample padding in case of accidental drops. I have dropped, even accidentally "tossed" my Vita and it has landed on concrete, and it is still working like a champ, no scratches or cracks. Anyhoo...

$29.99 US. The case is essentially a case within a case. There is a removable pouch that velcros in to the larger case. The inner removable case has actual slots for the analog sticks, so that they are not bothered in any way during storage. All of this is a hard cloth like material, but in no way does it feel cheap or flimsy. The slight give the material provides might also help with sudden shocks to the Vita, as well. The case overall holds 23 games, 4 of which are located in the actual Vita case. There are slots for 2 additional memory cards. Also, there is a mesh pouch for you to put your charging cables in. I have also been able to fit in the Sony Portable Charger for the Vita as well. It took a little reorganization of the power cords, but it all fits nice and neat.
The case is probably 6x6x3, I don't have the actual dimensions. I have seen them in Gamestops and Best Buy's, but it's likely dependent on your area. I love this case though. I originally got one for my 3DS a while back, and nearly flipped my lid when I saw one for the Vita. I highly recommend it, as I have turned a few of my friends on to them as well and they love theirs.

Take screenshots of the before/after.
Unfortunately they have blocked the screenshot feature during regular gameplay. You can only take a screenshot of photos you have saved to your in-game memory card. I think they apply the AA to those regardless of your setting.
Edit: When I get home later I'll try to take pictures of the Vita itself with my phone's camera. They won't be amazing pictures but hopefully enough to see the difference.
Just wondering if we will ever see a MLAA/SMAA/FXAA implementation on the Vita.
Doubt it. 4xMSAA is already almost no cost to the system (although not all games use it for some reason), so it's unlikely to put a costlier AA implementation in there when it's not too necessary.

I couldn't agree more with you. Anyone who is on the fence about picking it, I would recommend it bigtime. I used to hate golf in general, but oddly enough the first time I played a HSG game for the PSP I couldn't stop. Hundreds of hours, holes, eagles, chip ins and bunkers later, I am still loving every minute of it. It's silly that the most unrealistic golf game turned me onto the sport
The inlcusion of online play and daily tournaments really add to the overall package of HSG for the Vita. And the DLC!! Kat from Gravity Rush is in it now! I am hoping for more DLC down the line, similar to the characters from HSG: Out of Bounds, but I will definitely takes what I can gets.

Sony actually had go after them to get Guacamelee. Sony initially offered them the best deal the pub fund had, but they turned it down and went looking for better offers. However they weren't entirely happy with anything they got elsewhere either, so Sony went f**k it and bent the pub fund rules by offering them separate deals for the PS3 and Vita versions, essentially doubling the money on the table. Apparently that was more than they would expect to earn from XBLA regardless, and so they happily accepted.
Oh? Last we heard the Vita version was not coming over. Bamco changed its mind perhaps?
