GRAVITY Trailer

I think I can safely say I also won't be watching any media beyond this trailer. Blackout time!

Expendable, join me on this blackout, for this one movie.

This will be the first movie in at least a decade where I will be rooting for a main character's death with glee the entire time.

I'm not really sure where the plot is going to go with this. I mean, there really isn't a chance of anyone surviving a fall to Earth from space.

Awesome. Been waiting a long long time for this. Children of Men is in my top 5.

Seems like a simple premise from the trailer but it looks damn beautiful.

Reminds me of the film where a couplr were left behind after a diving trip because someonr can't count and the whole film was them floating in the middle of the ocean.

But i guess this one doesn't have sharks.

Guys, if Cameron can pull a great performance out of Tom fucking Arnold, Cuaron can pull a great performance out of Bullock. Have some faith.

Open Water, one of the most boring films I've ever witnessed.

I think the people in this thread find her just flat out annoying versus her technical skills as an actress.

They need better gloves in space.

EDIT: And I hope Bullock spins into space before the 30min mark.

Lol why? Was she not amazing in 30 days or 28 days what ever that addiction movie was?

Also didn't she win an Oscar for the football movie I watch on the family channel every weekend.

Great CGI shots and tension all around—in fact, it's good enough to sell itself without the music whacking me over the head with itself. I really don't like the way they cut this trailer, even though it looks like GRAVITY's a Day 1 for me. Cuaron really knows how to nail a loss-of-control experience in orbit.

And I think that's the most annoying crescendo-cut-to-silence I have ever heard, which sucks.

the cinematography will most likely be pretty good. so this film is pretty much hinging on sandra bullock's performance.

will she be on the radio with anybody?

Really impressive scene.

But, seriously, is this Buried (or any of its predecessors) with Sandra Bullock in space?

Why did you pass on this, Natalie Portman? :(
