So I've come to realize that I don't use the Vita D-Pad unless I'm selecting something in a menu. Does anybody else do this? I find the analog sticks perfectly suitable for my needs, although I do want to get one of those rubber addons since my left grip is wearing down. One thing I don't like about the Vita's analog sticks though is that they're too sensitive. Just the slightest movement will register a direction.
 
Yeah, I find both the D-Pad and the analog stick fine for doing things, the only time I prefer one over the other is the D-Pad for fighters and Wipeout.
 
Is there any workaround that will let me play Burnout Legends on my Vita? Am really dying to play that game, but it seems its only available in the US store.

Also could anyone recommend some good racers for theVita?

Also good racers - need for speed, sonic, and wipeout :)

I loved it, it's fun, with a big amout of contents, touchscreen minigames are well made and add variety to the gameplay, it has beautiful graphics, it's native res with 4xaa lots of enemies everyone with his own defined shadow. Imo it's a very very underrated and overlooked game.

Stick covers/nyko power + grip are the best things I bought for my vita.

Turns it from a pretty but uncomfortable ergonomic mess with crappy battery life into an ugly as fuck but ergonomically ok and good battery.
 
Is there any way to save text files or read text files on the Vita? I dont always have access to online, and I like having a guide open (Social link guide for P4G actually). Anyone know how? Is it possible?

Seems like a lot of content too with the different modes and story, but I personally didn't play through it to the end so I can't comment with certainty.

Yeah it would be better without those touch games but still solid game.

The data of the people that appear on the radar in Near when you perform an update is mostly days or weeks old. So your game being in the top of the charts would be expected* because most likely you are the only one playing a game at that moment.

* yeah, near is kinda broken ;)
 
Was the PSP Disgaea 1 always avaiable in the Vita EU store? Wanted to check out the Disgaea games some weeks ago but couldn't find the first game since I wanted to start the series from the beginning.

I will repeat this for the last time before we are all banned for talking about things that have absolutely nothing to do with videogames.


If you would like to talk to me about this you can private message me. Or, if a mod comes in here and gives me the go ahead to discuss it in public I will do that. I make off color jokes where I am allowed to (my twitter account) and don't where the rules suggest I don't (neogaf). It's a simple concept. And, again, I will happily discuss any of this with ANYONE via PM. But I don't want to be a part of a third of the vita thread getting banned because we are talking about this nonsense in a gaming thread.
 
Ok so I have a FPS itch that needs to be scratched. Unfortunately the two FPS games that I can think of are complete shit. So fell vitabros/sis's which is better, COD or Resistance?
 
Well I got persona 4 today. Haven't played a jrpg since I beat ffvi like 4 years ago.

Also, I started up lbp the other day after having not played in a while and they want me to buy an online pass to access the community stuff now? So they give you a month to play online then you have to pay ten dollars, that's really... shitty. Especially since I doubt the lbp servers will be up forever.

COD is better if you want to play online, but Resistance is the one with a semi-decent campaign.
