edit: i'm having a brain fart - whats the port on the top right of the vita for again?

By making it look like the vita version of Sly Cooper: thieves in time.

I wish it looked as good as Sly Thieves in Time:

Since it's flexible funding, are you going to buy it regardless of if it gets fully funded?

You know, I've seen a lot of you recommend Sine More before so I bought the game last week and have been trying to play through it. So far I find it to be the most unpleasant and challenging SHUMP I've ever played. I usually love the genre but something about this game just isn't sitting well with me.

I had exactly the same feeling about this game. I love the genre but Sine Mora was all style and very little substance. I really did try to like it but had to give up eventually.

Better give up your hopes on having 100% completion on Soul Sacrifice unless you're an On.Playstation member, they're seemingly offering exclusive codes for Dragon Fang, Flamebulb and Stone Arrow. Assuming they're Spirits.

Oh, now it works >___> Although it is like 1 out of 10, sigh.

Anyways, guys, can you recommend me a great video converter for Vita? A simple Google search gives me some, but... ahh, I am having a bit of reservation since I am afraid the .exe file I get from Google's results will harm my laptop.

So..., I am gonna ask you guys, folks in GAF I can trust :) Any recommendations? Free, if possible, hahaha.

Worry about getting all the in-game sigils first.

I've used HandBrake before (on my Mac). There's also a Windows and Linux version. It's legit.

Woah, what. Falcon Talon's UT hits enemies from far away? Was it like this in NG2? I can't recall having it function like that in either NG2 or NG2S.

This was in NG2, but it wasn't the worst issue the Falcon's Talons had. These weapons had a bug (I think it's a bug) in NG2 that was fixed in Sigma 2 with f+Y being instant limb cut for all enemy types with a totally insane hit-box and could cancel into reverse wind -> bla bla

The "bug" you see in the video is just the active frames for the UT taking longer than it does for Ryu's animation to stop by a great margin so long as you don't move. Doesn't have much use outside of Karma Attack. Not very useful in Sigma 2 since you can't move the camera during a UT anymore. Tonfa have the same thing.

Thanks everyone for your replies about Sigma 2. Vita-gaf is awesome as always. Guess I will go with my original plan and grab Atelier. Need to finish SS first though.

Fiiiinally completed Jetpack Joyride. I can't believe 10% of the players on PSNProfiles have it that was so grueling.

Time Spent In Game: 2D, 8H, 39M, 45S. (56 hours?)
Total level was 162.

56 hours on an infinite runner. I don't think I could ever do that.

Make no mistake, jetpack joyride is one of the best games of its type, but o grew bored after an hour or so.

Maybe the fact that the PSP GTAs are on sale means that we will get a GTA for Vita.
If you were to apply that logic universally that would mean that we also get Medievil and SoulCalibur.

Sony's clearly going for a certain look with their HD Collection packaging:

The just need both GoW collections, Team Ico, Sly and eventual Ape Escape/Wild Arms/Dark Cloud collections.
I like that look, clean, uniform, recognizable and classy imo.

+1. Soooooo many options.

And NGS2+ is better than Resistance. Even with the sub-30 fps, you'll have more fun with it than you will with Resistance. The fps never approaches slideshow, it just kinda slows everything down. I beat it and had tons of fun with it.

The winner can never be the one with a giant gaudy golden 'sticker' on it.

It is strange how the EU version has a gray gradient 'Only on Playstation' bar. Similarly, it seems like US Vita games use that same ugly style for the bubbles on the back, while some Asian games I have use a much nicer monochrome design. What gives?

Has anyone else seen Ratchet&Clank: Q-Force on the Vitastore frontpage lately?
IIRC I saw it a few days ago. On the front page were some games are featured, I didn't realise it and entered the store and when I got back to the featurepage it was gone.

I first thought my mind tricked me but apparently there is another gaffer who saw it, too.

Definitely prefer the EU Jak HD boxart - just feels more colourful and alive, matches the game more.

I'd say the other way around. The EU variant looks like it was just thrown together in 10 minutes while the US one seems like it had some thought put into it. That and they have the whole collections theme going on which I find great.

I think I would prefer Red Dead. Just riding around on your horse doing hunting stuff would be amazing. The desert setting, especially at sundown, would look so amazing on that oled.

I agree, I bought it because people said it was awesome and I needed a shoot em up fix. I played the game at the start and meh. It's pretty and all but the core gameplay is dull. I'm hoping that when I go back to it it clicks.

It's gorgeous and it having an involved story is interesting. But yeah, Im not exactly sure it's fun. I've had it since it came out and im on like the third level.

Ragnarok Odyssey is a bad bad game. I'm only on to quest 1-9, every quest is kill 10 X or collect 10 X and there is no online players for early quest, and it seems like there aren't many overall. Also, the gameplay is a little iffy.

EU boxart looks cheap IMO. I prefer the US version.

I used to like Ragnarok Odyssey, but it's hard to go back after playing Soul Sacrifice.

Playing Dynasty Warriors Next and also giving out some good impressions. Mas, this game is LONG, I must have more than 20 hours and there are still campaigns popping out for me to play and characters to experience. And thats just campaign mode, I still have to play Conquest Mode, what seems like a board game where you play against other factions. Gameplay is simple but I like that you have so many characters and weapons to choose from and they all have different attacks if you press a combinations of square and triangle buttons. Definitely worth $19 for me and it's probably such an overlooked game thats great to play on the go. Framerate rarely raaarely drops and looks exactly like the console versions.

It's been repeated many times but Bamco must localize One Piece PW2 for Vita.

As i always say dwn is a greatly underrated overlooked game.

:( I actually really enjoyed it. One of the best looking games on vita. Love the boss battles and the time manipulation mechanic. The story is kind of obtuse, though. And I guess if schumps are something you're really into, it may leave something to be desired. With the way you guys are carrying on, though, I would have thought you were talking about soul sacrifice...
