Because I am interested in the reveal, of course. It will impact every gamer, and maybe Microsoft will surprise us all with a powerful console. I just don't like when people are posting wrong information about how those rumored specs would not make a difference in what you see on your screen.

vgleaks isn't gospel, but they have been right on several rumors.

Hmmm. What if the next CoD engine has been made by Bungie for use by Activision? Or has it been confirmed that it's IDtech?

Whatever Bungie is working on for Destiny is cross-generational and multiplayer focused, that would fit in well with CoD.

Got some of your facts wrong there. Technically speaking the PS3 had a better CPU, GPU and more memory bandwidth (in terms of both system and video) than the 360. The only real advantage the 360 had over the PS3 was more system memory and the 'special sauce' ;) of the eDRAM.

Regardless, I don't think anyone beyond those in this forum will give much attention to specs. Ask any average PS3 or 360 owner how many 'flops' their console has and you'll likely be met with a blank stare. The real battle will come down to what is offered - in regards to both services and games - and the accompanied marketing.

I feel that the Xbox is at a crossroads with the Live service and if they continue to charge for multiplayer then it could mean a slower start. PS+ is a much better value (as it currently stands) and I could see it playing into the adoption rate this next gen.

i can go on vgleaks for curiosity..or to have an idea of...

but not for sure to read about official 100% true specifications

(and this mean that some of them can be end to be also 100% true)
 
So what genres would you like MS to add to thier line up next gen? They need a decent platformer and an action adventure along the lines of Zelda IMO.

They need an MMO real bad and I'm excited about what Lionhead has to offer. Splosion man is a good platformer and I would like to see that IPs return. I'd also like to see a new WRPG IP like skyrim or fallout.
 
I hope we are pleasantly and genuinely surprised by a few things next tuesday. I wouldn't expect too much out of a one hour presentation especially considering they will have to fill an hour and a half conference just 3 weeks later. I'm hoping for an actual console and controller reveal, a few game reveals, what Xbox live 3.0 can do, UI/dashboard unveiling and Kinect 2.0. Thats about all we can expect realistically.

Old skool platformers, an RPG that isn't Fable and I'd actually like to see the set up a fighting studio for KI and new IP.

Well what it is with VG Leaks is that they had a couple of accurate rumours. Most notably the insights in parts of Durango. Those seem 100% legit and probably came from SuperDae, my guess.

Everything else is just rehashing of other publicized materials. Which they republish for adwords dough...

Exactly. And things like early in this gen, where multiplatform games looked and ran better on 360 made a lot of "converts." No matter what the specs are, it will come down to the games to show the difference, if any.

RPGs for sure. An open world WRPG that isn't Fable and a sequel to Lost Odyssey.

After that platformers, action adventure and a new fighter.

Even just one of those would be nice though...
 
I know this is a little off topic but I mentioned it earlier in this thread, I got my Lumia 920 last night for free and it's pretty awesome so far.

superdae said that this leaks are old and when orbis info (on vgleaks too) came out made look orbis lots better than durango

superdae answered about the specs difference on twitter "if only you knew" or something like this

vgleaks is the bible ? no not for me

i know there are other site claiming this rumors legit....but I (and i repeat I) think that all r based on the superdae one...

i.e edge call their insider and ask edge :"this leaks about superdae and he 1.2tf whole thing is legit?" -insider :"yeah"

this dont proof that the document is still valid or whatever we have just 7 days to wait :)

and from what i know...
there arr millions diagrams around the world of things that never gone in productions...the yukon diagram was legit..too...
