I think Versus is going to do much damage to GAF than KH would. I don't get the feeling it's held in a high regard on GAF generally.

I think KH3 will do more damage because:

1. People have been begging it for almost 10 years
2. It hasn't been revealed yet.

Although if both get revealed at the same time. GAF will have a nuclear meltdown.

With other teams working on FFXIII LR, FFXIV ARR etc there is now way they would have made a new FF. Therefore its most likely FF Versus.

It will definitely cause a storm. The only reason Square Enix is getting little attention from people is because we aren't getting the games we want. Once they start showing KH3 and Versus etc, GAF will explode.

Certainly a fair point, I guess it's hard to know what the reception would be, I know I'd be crazy excited, but the spin-offs haven't stretched thin the franchise for me. I see a lot of complaints about them milking it, but maybe that'd all be forgiven if they gave us the real thing.

It's funny how all of this stuff that's happening with Versus/Type-0/etc is no different from previous gens like with what happened to Xenogears/FF7/FF8. They just had more control over themselves when it came to blabbing about games in development I guess.
