Go to the main menu, and on the top of the bottom screen there has to be a blockhead smiley , click on it and go to your mii , the FC will appear on the upper screen

added myself to spreadsheet. i have my GAF name as my message when you add me so you'll always know how I am!

I think most people in this thread would disagree with that assessment. Your town is a very personal thing. Being able to share it is nice, but far from essential.

In my experience... untrue. As others have said, the first Animal Crossing didn't even have multiplayer. And I hadn't even got wi-fi when I had Wild World. It opens up the game a little more in the way any game with multiplayer does, and you can get more items, but it's perfectly fine as a singleplayer experience.

Left up my friend code. Do tell me if you add me though, I find adding absolutely everyone a little cumbersome... I promise, my town will be entertaining and BEAUTIFUL.
 
Hmm... I'm really having a tough time convincing myself that digital isn't the way to go with New Leaf. I thought I saw someone mention earlier in the thread that you can have multiple characters in your town, but only one can be mayor. Is that true?

Yeah seems so. I for one am kinda going digital out of choice... but it's free, so... who cares!
 
When you start the game, first user, mayor....

Do you get to choose which gender or mii for your mii character....

Or do the game just take your "admin user" (first mii) and use it to choose your gender or name?

You can choose all that stuff, and if you want to look like your Mii you can get a Mii mask ingame.
 
I'll have to go through the spreadsheet later and see if I've missed anyone. Haven't had the time to sit down yet and do so, but I'll get to it eventually.
 
Think I've added everyone from that list. Also just ordered Fire Emblem, Luigis Mansion and Monster Hunter so I can get this free. What's wrong with me...
 
Going by SwapNote, some people in here do indeed have their 3DS date set to completely the wrong day. Better check, folks.. :)
