Here in Belgium we eat raw ground beef (preparé) several times a week, noone gets sick noone gets intestinal worms.

There is such a thing as quality control in some places in the world (unlike in the UK for example where people are terrified of any raw meats since they will kill you )


edit: for the third time: which stream is best for this? The higher image quality and less talking heads the better, I've tried a few but they seem shit.

I have a feeling that cows are raised differently there, since the population is much, much smaller. Try raising cows for 300 million people... they cut corners...
