Well we are already getting multiple directs such a Pokemon and The main one, I wouldn't be surprised at extra ones.
That's for one exact reason: their project doesn't have a name yet. Worst case scenario and this is real, it would mean Retro is working on an original project.

Yeah, they've never done this, not sure why would they start doing it with one of the most important NDs ever. If we didn't knew the date things like this wouldn't be happening, I think that says something.
Faking YouTube descriptions is so difficult, it has to be real!
And, no, it's not fishy at all that the video had over a hundred views without anyone making at least a screenshot of the new games.

Yeah I was thinking of the Pokemon one. Directs dedicated to certain games or even developers and maybe even a separate one for the 3DS isn't out of the question because even if we don't get one this month we'll get one eventually I guess.

Pokemon Direct isn't true yet since there is no confirmation of Pokemon Direct. Only 90 minutes of Pokemon conference at E3. NOT A DIRECT.
However I wouldn't be surprised if they would release one afterward.
With a New Mario, new Mario Kart, new Smash Bros, and stuff we don't know about? Give me a break.

I guess the problem is whether or not this is real...it's actually believable coming from Nintendo. I could see Nintendo being happy with this lineup. "We got AssCreed! That's great right?" I can hear Reggie saying. Acting like Watchdogs and AC would be a big deal

I think it is fake too, but I'll just throw this out there:
Nintendo might have tried to do a scheduled upload, but accidentally published it. It's a mistake I have seen happen before.

W101 was announced less than a year ago.
Pikmin 3 wasn't even officially announced as a real game until last E3.
Certainly prior to the January Wii U Direct, there was no word whatsoever on a new 3D Mario from Nintendo

You are forgetting that this is a Wii U Direct and that they JUST covered Game & Wario and NSLU. This isn't a regular Direct that updates you on what's coming out soon. You don't need to artificially downplay your hype.

I guess even if it is fake that's the case with 99% or rumours and leaks. Still interesting to talk about since Nintendo have been silent for a while.
Do you think if this Direct approach to E3 works we'd see it next year? I'm thinking they are doing this because of the situation they are in and want to get through as much as possible and having an edited video makes things more concise.

They made mistake, I assume. I thought it's normal that they would pre-recorded several weeks before the date so people have time to work on editing.

I really do hope that is fake (pretty sure it is) because I would be so disappointed if Monolith Soft's "X" wasn't going to show up in at least trailer form. That's one of the main games I'm wanting to see at E3!

This isn't giving a few weeks for editing, though. This proclaims that the Direct is fully edited to the extent that they can have timings for the content accurate to the second.
Come on, have a bit of credulity. It's clearly, plainly fake.

I say fake, but would you really be disappointed with that? I wouldn't. 3D Mario, Mario Kart, SSB, Retro's game and a little time for third parties (which is something I don't specifically care for in a ND but it's always a plus). Sure, I would like to see X and Bayonetta 2, but this wouldn't disappoint me.

I can totally believe that supposedly leaked topic list for the E3 direct. Time distribution is strange but I can see the focusing in games that will be out soon. Also new games getting small time on the E3 direct makes sense for me since there probably are going to be other direct videos during the show that go in depth with them.
No bayonetta, monolith or yoshi disapointing but fits completely my expectations about the show.
I think this "leak" is going to do well for the community, regarless of if it's true or not, since I think most people expectations are way too high and lowering the bar as some people here is doing is the smart thing to do.

That game does not and will not ever exist. I explained in a previous post (my long one) why (in short, it doesn't make any sense).
