The whole point of this collection is to start bringing the series back to consoles. Then 2.5 which will almost 100% surely have some kind of tease for KHIII.

It's not coming to Vita because the point of this collection is to bring Kingdom Hearts back to consoles in preparation for KH3.

Still disappointed they didn't put in the effort to rebuild Days with the PS2 assets for this. Online Mission Mode woulda been rad.

True, but it doesn't hurt if it doesn't detract too greatly. They're doing both versions for FFX, so it's totally possible.

The game looks so much better running at full speed. Also the resolution upgrade is nice, I guess. Is this the first time we've seen the new command menu for Kingdom Hearts in English? I'm liking the triangle button for the special moves already. As if I didn't spam Strike Raid enough in the original.

Wait... the trailer mentions ''full HD'' but isn't the collection 720p?
Also I quite like how the trailer is made with one exeption: there should have been few shots of the FF cameos. That is a big deal especially in the first game. Cloud at the colosseum/meeting Leon for the first time especially are one of the iconic moments for fanservice. Great amount of Disney+Original stuff so they could have put a lil of the third ingredient of the KH mix.

Never played the Kingdom Hearts games. I think I'll pick this up and hopefully it's as good as the responses in this thread lead me to believe.
You will love the gameplay, just try not to understand the story fully...
