If Jak is cross-buy then I guess I might the Sly Trilogy on Vita for free when it's released, then (still hasn't even been announced lol). I grabbed that on sale for £7.

Maybe - God of War 1 was already free in PSN+ recently so that would be nice if i only had part 2 to buy
you can at least "buy" them so they appear on your download list and you can download them later

Some regions had a store bug that allowed them to DL the J&D collection for free regardless of anything.
As far as Warriors Orochi, it's such an easy game to localize that I'd be shocked if we didn't get at least a digital release. I for one would be there day one.
I thought I felt a net positivity increase in the Vita force.

I knew buying the digital version on sale even though I already had the retail version of the collection would pay-off somehow.
One would think God of War would be crossbuy if the Jak trilogy is, I'm not so sure about Dead Nation though. It sure is a neat incentitive for Vita owners.

makes sense. I got all these HD collections at like 10USD during Black Friday.. they are still shrinkwrapped
if cross-buy for retail is confirmed, I would open it right away

Ah I see. Shame, I really want J&D but I don't want to pay for a poor port. It's a shame, other ports have looked fantastic like Oddworld (like mentioned before) but it makes zero sense that Sony would let a port like that out of the door.
I'll keep hope for Orochi III being localized then. There's that One Piece musou game that looks amazing and has almost no chance of coming over on Vita :\ There are so many games I want localized on Vita, le sigh ;(

If you have FES then play that, if not its great
As much as I advocate for jRPGs and especially P3P on the Vita, FES is really the way to go for your first playthrough. Subsequent playthroughs should definitely be played via P3P though.

Yeah, looks like a pretty random assortment of EU PSP games are going on sale, or at least getting small PS+ discounts.
I'm waiting for the blog post to see what is discounted, searching through all the PSP games is a pain.

A member here mentioned awhile back that they knew someone in the localisation team and that the Vita translation was being done/was done, or something along those lines and a Amazon listing popped up for it around the same time, so there's still a small glimer of hope!
If it isn't announced a month or two after the English PS3 version releases I think I'll just give up all hope and import the Japanese version.
The game is SLOW but very charming and enjoyable.
