Stallworth drove drunk and killed someone. That is reprehensible but he technically didn't murder anyone so a little different circumstance. Hell Stallworth still got off pretty easy considering he did kill someone and the courts said he killed someone.

I think the DUI part actually ended up being the bigger problem than the manslaughter charges, given the circumstances of the case. (If memory serves, it was a situation where the pedestrian should not have been in the roadway, and would likely have been killed by a driver not under the influence.)

It was on the radio this morning that the complex where the body was found had its own working security cameras. Likely the 'new evidence'.

Interesting. I'm guessing they don't have definitive proof of his involvement in the murder still. Just the obstruction of justice. This seems like a piss poor planned murder though and the pieces will probably fall into place. The fact that it occurred so close to his house and the suspicion of his involvement is enough to see that evidence will probably be in abundance at some point.

This always rubbed me the wrong way about Kraft. I don't blame him for wanting to move on, but I thought bringing her out to the public and to the games just shortly after his wife passed was a bit unclassy.

My guess is obstruction of Justice to find a way to hold him while the other evidence is prepared.
They wouldn't go through the song and dance of arresting him for obstruction of justice if they didn't already have other things lined up. Probably want to question him to see if he admits guilt before throwing everything at him.
