It's hard to say having only seen compressed youtube videos. From a purely graphical perspective, I'd say a toss up between Infamous, KZ, Ryse, and Quantum Break. Still need to see and learn more about the gameplay to say what's pushing the next gen boundaries with that regard.

If The Order 1886 indeed is representative of the final game, then my vote goes to that game.
Based on actual gameplay, Infamous, Killzone Shadowfall, Ryse and to a lesser extent Forza 5 are the best looking exclusives.

You're kidding, right? That's the one next gen game that every time I see it, I can't help but wonder if maybe they're showing off the current gen version by mistake.
And the gameplay shown at EVO was just atrocious. It looked just as gimmicky as the origi--C-C-C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!

Deep Down looked incredible, dunno if Ingame material.

Why are people so impressed by Forza 5? It looks okay, but pre-baked lighting and the super-duper saturated color scheme (for what's a sim racer) is throwing me off. It might not even have night courses; most 90s arcade racers have night courses at least.
Infamous looks pretty good, but maybe it's because I'm a more artsy-loving guy, none of the games announced so far really impress me visually. They have great photorealism, no doubt, but I'm still waiting for stuff like this:

I personally think Forza and Killzone are the most visually impressive. But I will probably have the most fun actually playing Infamous.

Isn't the Divison open world? It looks leagues ahead of infamous ss. Why are people hyping this shit to the heavens? Franchise hasn't been anything special so far. Give me crackdown 3 instead

Because a lot of people feel that inFamous is one of the most fun if not the most fun open world games of the current-gen and are excited about the first next-gen games. Especially since it's going to be one of the very first open-world games built exclusively for a next-gen console.

Second Son looks incredible. I've never been much of an inFAMOUS fan, but this looks like something I can definitely get behind!
In my opinion, this exclusive has the most promise. I believe that it could end up being really special!

I think it's a different art style.
These Ryse guys have the same Naughty-Dog cartoon thing about them, which I couldn't get on with in The Last of Us.
Whereas Infamous, they are pretty clearly 3D scanned face models.
But for what it's worth, I have probably not given Ryse it's due, it's a damn good looking game.

Out of all the actual gameplay we've seen probably. The Division is also impressive but that game doesn't allow you to jump a 100 meters in the air and come crashing down to cause a huge explosion.

Killzone SF, with the city gameplay ( February reveal) to me is just more impressive and THE best graphically we have seen for next gen, especially that developer gameplay event during E3. ( but the forest gameplay doesn't look so hot)
The E3 demo of Watch Dogs shown at SONY's event is IMO a little better graphically ( if that is the PS4 version).
But outside of that, it is defiantly up there as one of the best looking.
Ryse just looks so average and dull to me, forza 5 looks very good but a bit bland ( something about it looks off, but still one of the best graphically)
If we are allowed to mention The division, then that takes the cake easily.

exclusive? yeah probably, particle effects stood out for me. but multiplat goes to the division though
not sure whats going on with deep down, looks fucking crazy. and the division being open world achieving that level of detail is even crazier.

It looks good but I'm not that impressed by the game visually speeking. It look like Sleeping Dogs on PC. I can't wait for the second wave of next gen games, these should be a lot more impressive.

Yup. I took one look at the protagonist and I realised I would never play that game.
Its probably the best looking gameplay we've seen, its cutscenes are not the best though (which is understandable given the nature of the game).

I like The Divison more (although, that could be my bias for all thing New York City).
I had not seen this game before. I just looked up the trailer and my mind has been blown thoroughly. First by the damn graphics, it looks amazing and the setting, damn. And it's open world it looks like, that's insane. Then my mind was blown 5 mins in when I noticed this shit was coop. I thought the people talking were npcs lol. Then at the end with the pvp? Holy fuck straight into my veins! Most anticipated game for me. Best looking I think.
