Lucas just needs a retooled moveset that actually takes some moves like PK Love from Mother 3. He should come back and he'll be great when he does. I also prefer him to Ness, so I'm a little biased, hahaha

Well, you should be happy to hear this from me. I only played Mother 2 aka Earthbound, and I actually preferred Lucas over Ness because I really like his moveset and gameplay.

Ness would have a higher priority over him if it ever came down to only implementing one Earthbound character. I would love to see both return though.

I'm a little late, but I'm loving what Sakurai did to rehaul Bowser with that drop kick and speed boost. Whenever I decide to buy a Wii U he's definitely going to be one of my new mains. I also hope they continue the trend and buff Yoshi some more. I would also like to see him at least mid tier again like in SSB64.

Just want to reference an earlier conversation about Jigglypuff being the same model as Kirby. With they way skeletons work, I really doubt Jigglypuff and Kirby are the same model. Since they animate differently they need different models to fit to the proper skeleton. Simply changing the skeleton to animate like Jigglypuff instead of Kirby would be extremely janky and shitty.
