Well, finished the main portion of Rayman Origins. Few games I double dip on, even rare for me to finish it on both systems. But even though I had other games to finish I had to keep playing Rayman because it is too good. The platforming and running feels so right.
Just wish the sound glitches weren't there and framerate to be a little better in some sections of some levels. Still a great portable version.
Maybe I'll go and complete the Living Dead levels this time.

And if you've done it once, the 2nd run isn't so bad.
However, learning the timing and the patterns the first time? PAIN IN THE ASS. :lol

64 GB is tempting but I don't know if I have the heart to fork over around 160 bucks for it. I mean, that's just... asking too much :\
And yeah, friend-codes are silly, hahaha. Well, various multi-player enabled games use those, such as Animal Crossing and Mario Kart 7, although many also can connect to random players (such as you don't need to be friends with A to play online with A)
I was led astray by a positive review on a blog I trusted.Still hurts man.
Games like those... I just usually don't touch. Typically they can give maybe an amusement for one or two hours, but after that, "Why am I buying this" will start to creep up.
I understand feeling robbed by small stuff like that, actually. In fact, one of my biggest "WTF am I thinking" moments for Vita was purchasing the waterbrush+colors+paint pack for the new Paint Park app

I remember in the early days I joined gaf, few people went ape shit on me saying I'm a Nintendo hater because I said they should do a eshop discount for games like sony. I was annoyed then but meh who cares. Not worth it.

If the 64gb is reasonable, I'll bite. I have some disposable income as I'm pretty good at keeping expenses down most of the time... and I'm soooo sick of having to juggle space.
As far as FCs go, that sounds totally useless then. :lol
And as far as the "dammit, that game is on sale now" feeling, I see it like this: It's only an issue for me if I (1) buy the game and haven't played it for some reason or (2) just bought the game at full price in the recent past and now it's dropped to crazy low prices.
For example: Am I pissed Soul Sacrifice is now $18 and I paid $36? Hell no, cause I got over 80+ hours of enjoyment out of it and played at the peak of the online community.
Now if I had bought Muramasa last week, as I almost did, and it was 1/2 off this week? I'd be livid.
So long as you get a good amount of play time out of it and it's not just sitting in your backlog, the fact that you got to play it at release and put a lot of time in it should offset the savings.

If 64gb is <$100... if I can get it for $85 or so, I'm in -- especially if I sell my 32 for like $40 or so (depending on what retail is for 32gb after 64 is available).
And yeah, that's the kind of stuff that would irk me, especially since there's no price matching on digital. :lol
Thank God I had a problem with the Muramasa translation originally and decided to wait for a bit. That paid off... I'm just hoping when I finish P4G platinum and pull the trigger on Dragon's Crown that I don't end up regretting that in the way some people are regrettin Muramasa.

SLink MAX trophy is one playthrough (they don't carry) and sort of a pain, even with a guide -- I'm using one, but I'm already making several deviations and hoping they pay off (the guide was written for someone who hadn't maxed all the traits like courage, so I'm doing some things like skipping the jobs that increase those and trying to do nanako/dojima SLinks in their place... it's funny because I'm in June and nanako's SLink 7 was supposed to occur in October in the guide and I already have it. I've been holding off on reading books until I can get the hyper speed reading book again in August...)
Another side note I forgot to mention above -- since you carry money and Daidara's stock over to NG+, you can buy the same weapons/armor you had from the end of your last run IMMEDIATELY pretty much. I have MC/Chie/Yosuke/Yukiko all running with the top weapons i had and top armor. It's amusing like you wouldn't believe. Pretty much everything dies in 1 hit.

This reminds me -- heckmanimation -- if you want to play P4G but don't feel the need to be challenged by the battles and don't like grinding, if you're not very far, start over and put it on easy or very easy. You'll thank me later -- then you too can be level 30 and flying through the dungeons in the blink of an eye.

Calm down guys , I just checked with a Sony insider on GAF and he said last time he checked, it was coming(unless his source got it wrong). Don't really feel like putting him on blast though but if a mod wants to know, they can.

That would be great! I'm still hesitated to buy P3P because of the lack of walking around and Anime cutscenes.
If I turn if off with the Power button (complete turn off) then it will not turn on by itself. But if you put it into sleep mode (or whatever you call pressing the power button once), then it will suddenly turn on the screen for 5-10 seconds. and there are no notfications happening at those times..
Thinking about it, they can make Persona 3 Ruby with the female character.

Yeah, precisely the reason why I found P3P to be disappointing. Many craved the inclusion of FeMC, and I can understand that, but I would honestly prefer for them to just scrap her in favor of being able to explore on foot and proper cutscenes--they set up the mood so greatly.
And it's not like FeMC is acknowledged by the series continuation anyways

It's funny that, it seems like with every firmware update, Vitas all around the world would sometimes act a little funky, with new funkiness introduced in new updates, hahaha.

I don't have a Vita, but I just got into Shin Megami Tensei. Can you download the PSP versions of Persona 1/2/3 on the US PSN on Vita? If you can I might just buckle and buy a Vita with Persona 4 Golden and then download those games too...
