You make games that are commercial failures, you close. Doesnt matter if they are part of sony.
Lets face it. The only good thing Liverpool did was wipeout, and that was getting formulaic with each release.
That was not the problem with the studio or the franchise. It just seems to SCE that futuristic racing games are not as popular as it used be when F-Zero was still there. It will come back when SCE firmly believes in bringing it to its rightful place... as a pillar franchise.
These are PS4 exclusives you're talking about and not PS4/PS3 or PS4/Vita games?
In a topic about
release plans for PS4, I think it would be fair to assume that he's talking about PS4 here. Then again, based on the context of the reply, it seems that those five are indeed PS4-bound/related anyway, but with the 30 first party games planned across PS4, PS3 and PS Vita, it does not kill the possibility of having cross-gen/buy (PS4/PS3 or PS4/Vita) or full exclusivity games (PS4 new Ips?) I hope SCE WWS does not have any major PS3 exclusives coming next year, I seriously want to move to PS4 after Beyond Two Souls and Batman Arkham Origins. Keep the fresh ideas for PS4...
Verendus' possible 5 notable PS4 exclusive (All Third Parties)
1. Deep Down (working title? Publisher: Capcom / Dev: Capcom Online Games)
2. Agent (if this project is still alive. Publisher: Take-Two/Rockstar / Dev: Rockstar North)
3. Rocksteady next project? or Square Enix Japan related project? (wishful thinking I know...

)
4.? (rumored to be the next Yakuza. Publisher: Sega / Dev: Sega)
5.? (rumors. Publisher: Sega / Dev: Sega)
*. Demon Soul's 2 (2nd party game, Ip owned by SCE. Publisher: Sony Computer Entertainment / Dev: From Software)
p.s The question remains whether those exclusives are permanent or timed, if they are from NA, EU or JPN-bound and if they will be announced at Gamescom, TGS or VGA? Verendus, any insight on this matter?
Edit: Changed the last two. Rumors/speculations would point out to Two SEGA games.
