Bill who is a divorced, bald, fat, and depressed man worked at a beauty salon to help a young girl become a hair stylist. He pretended he was gay to get more girl customers to be attracted towards there chair. It worked and a lot of girls started talking to him, wanting to dance with him, etc.

It was one of the better episodes. That show handled LGBT situations so fucking well.
