You guys have to get into the habit of ONLY loading up what you're specifically going to play at that present time... Which is honestly 2-3 AAA games... 3-4 PSN releases... 2 PSP games... (optional) 2 PS1 games... (optional) Rack of PSM games (optional)
Don't overload the fridge!! Then the food spoils before you even get a chance to eat it!

I would tether my phone in a heartbeat but I happen to have a sucky android since my Droid Charge's screen broke... smh ughh

Good point about selecting Vita ver. I tend to always select PS3 because I impuslevly believe it would offer both versions and selecting Vita wouldn't XP

I can't even bring myself to put PSOne, PSP or PSMinis on my card. Native Vita content only. I have a 16GB that I would use for the others if I ever get through my Vita native backlog.
Well, I made a small exception for PS1 Silent Hill, but that's different somehow.

Kinda OT - I'd suggest joining Note 2 master race instead of S3. Much better non pentile stream and more battery life + stylus. They should get cheaper quite soon when they announce Note 3.

Well I havn't owned UMvC3 for a while now as I traded it in but that was my experience with it. The most annoying thing was people quitting though.
I might have to give SFxT another go then. I havn't tried in a while. When I did I think had to do international (i cant remember the options) as it would take forever to get a match otherwise (and even then it often took a while). Can you limit it to just UK and if so how long does it take to get a match? I would play people in france and still get lag.
For me if it takes longer to get a match than play one I tend to get totally fed up and stop playing.
Fighting games were at there hayday for me when it was a group of mates playing winner stays on. Its also the genre most unforgiving of lag in my experience.
If you had a good experience then both good for you and I am Jealous.
As for internetz... I ping around 35-40 and have very respectable latancy in other games. Its the only genre that I notice an issue.

Most of my best experiences in vita fighters are just finding a group of people that you have a great connection with, friending them, then making lobbies for your groups of mates. In Marvel if you make a lobby, it's always winner stays on

My 16 gb stays in a little baggie in a basket on my kitchen table. There are also replacement ear bud rubbers in there with it.

You guys should really buy NLKS before the store update. It's like Pikmin for your vita!
My Vita came with a starter kit which included a cart holder. There's a plastic shell in the shape of a cart that's also included which can accommodate 2 memory cards in it. Quite handy if I say so myself.
Unless you're in Europe, in which case it's a PS+ game for September!

it's been a while since i played the wii game. the new features are fantastic and I really like the graphical improvement over the wii game.
still figuring out how to marry people off. i did it once, but I have no idea how to tell right now

Sounds pretty nice. Unfortunately my gaming time is to short and sporadic to arrange to play like this reliably. I think I am best off leaving fighting games to a happy place that is my past lol.
I have a little plastic cast that holds 2 mem cards and 8 vita carts. holds the 6 carts I own and spare 8 gig card I never use.

So if stealth inc and J&D trilogy are cross buy (Are they?) and they are going on PS3 IGC..... does that mean I can add them via the site then I have them on VIta as well?

Both are cross-buy, so you'll get the vita version as well (Not sure if you have to buy the ps3 version first).
I remember reading on the PS Blog that a representative confirmed that it would be the case for Stealth Inc., not sure about Jax & Daxter though.

J&D trilogy - havnt bought because I tend to not buy this genre but more than happy to give it a go as PS+ IGC when I have some time.
Stealth inc. - Already owned it from a humble bundle but didnt get to far because its a bit iffy playing on a nexus
little kings - been waiting for a IGC release
trials - was tempted to buy it but thought it would arrive on IGC soon enough
Totally makes up for last month (lego LotR's which i thought was terrible and same with viking attack).
Add to that spelunky and killzone and I got a pretty damn good month for my Vita.

I bought Spelunky on PC and I was going to double dip but I feel like it's definitely going to end up on IGC eventually.

but yea you are right on all counts - too many other purchases and the wallet (i don't wanna spend beyond what I intended for the Vita)
but since EU got it... NA will get it sooner or later right?
but hey, I prefer better PS+ sales to simply free games
Well, it's not a matter of it eventually being part of the IGC, it's more about when and how long the wait for it will be.
To be fair, if you to have the PC version already, I guess you could get your fix until it is part of the IGC...

Man, I know the Vita isn't selling as well as people hope it would but it's by far my favorite way to game at the moment.

Yeah I bought the PC version because there was no date on the Vita version and it was announced like a week later. I still have P3P, P4, and Gravity Rush to play through. I'm tempted but I can probably wait.

Not really. US got Disgaea 3 ages back and us EU folk havn't yet.
I simply buy any game I really want on release and then leave other stuff to either PS+ IGC or awesome sale. Seems to work well for me.
But.. the Vita is your mistress! You've gotta spend money on her!

While I agree,a nd I usually try to have large amounts of free space on my devices, Vita is one exception. I almost always have it loaded up. Reason being is that since I always have it with me, everywhere I go, if there's a chance to play it for a few, or if I get a wild urge to play a game, I'd like to be able to load it up righ then then and there. I'm not all digital, I actually prefer physical games (I have 17 physical games), but I will admit the ease of having all that goodness just a touch away is joy and delight. I curse & adore PS Plus for this. I don't mind the juggling, really, because who can hate having too many games!!
Just started Ninja Gaiden Sigma on Vita and I'm currently very disappointed with how it handles. This is my first experience with the franchise so my complaints are likely outdated but both the camera and controls for some features (so far the bow especially) are tough to deal with. First person view for the bow seems essential due to how you can't freely aim in third person but accidentally touching the screen with my thumbs is a problem. /rant

Believe me I'd love to see the DMC HD collection come to vita. Someone surely has to be able to make a flawless port sooner or later. But Capcoms gonna capcom and could care less about the vita.
Today is going to be game overload for me then...Spelunky, Dragon Fantasy Book I, Machinarium, possibly Dyad for PS3...
