Probably not, since once you take a pic in-game, in uploads directly to your Social Club account. If you are not linked, you're not able to take any pics, since it warns you "Social Club is not available at this time."

Someone correct me if I am wrong here.

I just saw this pic on Social Club that someone else took. Is it just me or does Franklin become more muscular as the game goes on? He looks quite slim on this picture. Or maybe it's just the shirt and how he's holding the camera.

There isn't a button(at least marked) to do it, but your character will sometimes do different things when posing.
