True about the laptop. I have one of the most powerful ones from 2008. DELL XPS1730m, X9000 2.8-3.2ghz, Nvidia 8800m GTX sli when I bought it. The 8800m GTX SLI was boss with it's ATI equivalent at the time. Later on the 8800m GTX SLI failed and was replaced with 9800m GT SLI.
The 8800m GTX was the first mobile gpus to just begin to, not catch up, but give real desktop performance to gaming laptops within the desktop product line. IIRC the 8700m GT SLI had trouble matching one 8800m GTX. For a long time the 8800m GTX was a class 1 rated mobile gpu at notebookcheck.net.

It performs much better than current gen even with SLI gone but PS4? No fucking way. Haven't read whole thread but maybe I got trolled. Won't be the first or last time.

Why not? I just can't see myself sitting at a desk in a room on my own while the rest of the family is in the living room any more. Maybe one day, there will be a pc that will come out that is around $400-$500 and provides as much of a streamlined experience as a console. And when that day comes, and Sony stops making consoles, I will get into pc gaming.
