I just want to make a statement to the guys who are trying to report kosthedin to Nintendo so they can C&D.
kosthedin bought the game LEGALLY from a vendor and isn't under any NDA or agreement that says he cannot give us information about these games. It is technically illegal for him to post images, but just as illegal as it is for sites like Bulbapedia and Serebii to use copyrighted assets on their webpages. Basically if Nintendo did C&D the account, they would be doing it under the same reason they could C&D a site like Bulbapedia
kosthedin is providing everyone with information that he legally purchased and obtained himself. Unlike when a guy like SerebiiJoe leaks, who downloaded the rom of B/W illegally when he tried to leak the games. Yeah, good job being hypocrites guys.
Just because your sources are limited and you don't have access to the same information he does, doesn't give you a right to call him out on it.

It's not a wild Psyduck, it's a battle against a trainer (Note the two pokeballs in the top right).... So... That means you can capture a Psyduck very soon... DAMN, and I wanted froakie, but seeing as Golduck is one of my favorite pokemon... Okay, that's decided, I'm choosing fennekin. I have no choice as I will take Bulbasaur as my Kanto starter.

Yep. Im going with nintendo knew something like this would be inevitable (especially after last gen) and the pokes we havent seen are at the back half of the game.
Also i cant believe people are bummed out by the pokemon variety. This game is said to feature all the pokemon. I mean even if the game only had 400 only around 100 of that would be new. Dont be silly guys. You cant have one without the other.

Anyone who would actually do that is probably more concerned with just shutting the guy down to be a dick than with any sense of loyalty to copyright. They're tools and they will act like tools whether or not it's technically right or not.
