I liked it too. Haven't had the urge to play it lately, but I still have it on my card and need to finish it up.
The "rabbit game" is kind of like Super Meat Boy... not as fast/twitch, but it gets reasonably difficult quickly, especially if you're trying to get perfects on the levels.
EDF is not the most... refined gameplay... but for some reason, it's kind of satisfying and fun. I've always thought it looked janky as hell, and it kind of is, but it's pretty fun.

You just missed it... there was recently a sale for 50% off.
Not sure when we'll see it again... seems to go on sale pretty frequently lately though.
darn, hopefully it comes around by the time I've finished p4g. I'm from australia and the default price is madness.

I picked it up then, against Toto's better judgement.

jUST use Default it's what I use. You're playing this game to slaughter giant insects, just keep your distance shower them with bullets, etc. and roll and jump around to collect dropped items.
I don't know why I laughed so hard this.

Yeah, I've always been a sucker for Everybody's Golf and while it's a shame that it's sub-native I don't find myself minding that much with games that have more cartoony artstyles.

Dude, Everybody's Golf is gorgeous on the Vita. And I have no idea how anyone can tell that a game is running at what resolution.

Can I download games straight to PC then Vita?
I'm not good at telling this stuff either (which I guess is good, since it allows me to enjoy games more), but just for reference, does anyone know which of the following Vita games are native res and at how many fps the run?

Unfortunately no. And some of the PS1 classics aren't on the Vita's store for some reason. The only option for these games are to dl them to PS3 and then transfer them over. I believe Legend of Dragoon is one of these (at least in the US)

Click on a PSX or PSP game you bought and it'll be downloaded to your PC to use with Content Manager.
i haven't used it myself though, but its worth a try with a small sized PSX game.
EDIT: BEaten, but I think Vita compatible games at least can be transfered via PC?
Strangely enough, a few PS1 and PSP games can only be copied to Vita via a PS3. Seems to be the case of Legend of Dragoon.

I see some of you guys picked up Kung Fu Rabbit with the sale. It's a decent platformer for the price... pretty iOSy, though. I'm not gonna delete it til I finish it, but I did get through all the regular levels to unlock the harder difficulty. Need to go back to it.
Yup, Vita compresses the screens a lot when putting them as a background for some reason. It really sucks, but I hope they change it in a future update.
I remember someone saying it was to prevent the overflow hack from ever happening again. Then again, that sounds like Bull. More likely, they just need to fix it. Or auto-resize the picture by cutting out the outer line of pixels. Kat doesn't look good when she's all compressed and artifacted.

Ya, I just avoid using wallpapers at all anymore because it bothers me too much. I guess it doesn't look too bad though.
If it hasn't been officially recognised as supported on the Vita, they don't allow it to be bought or downloaded direct to the device.
If the game is compatible with Vita but not via direct download, you will see it on your Vita's download list, but it will tell you you can not download it using a Vita.

As much as it's a flawed game on PC - and I'm guessing moreso on tablet - I'd love to see ARMA Tactics on the machine down the line.

16 and a 4, hoping the 32 comes back in stock locally so I can get in on the BB deal. I've got 6 remaining if I leave Uncharted on there. Leaning P4G and EDF. I will probably crack and get the physical version of KZ soon too.
Edit - also, what's a good way to do giveaways on here? I have a download code for Walking Dead with no plans to play it. I'd like to give it to an active member, not just a random lurker.

I really wish I took advantage of AC Liberation on sale like $12 last week, didn't think I have Vita just that best buy 32GBmemory card sale and I wanted to get the OLED system, even though think the 2000 has some better features, direct view it even looks slightly better in some videos just changes in viewing angles is bad. I need to spend $20 more for Nov $40 credit, thinking EarthDefense Force or still picking up AC:L
