Not going to lie, it didn't do it that many favors. It was so damn easy to kill.

It's still possible to use vanilla Aggron as a head smash user, but i'm never going back lol.

Head smash is like my favorie move, so yeah, lol

Anyway, just saw the art for mega gengar, looks really derpy, not digging it.

I would be shocked if it wasn't a definite yes to both. Aggron is a bulky mother fucker.

Also call me crazy but Mega Aggron could use 100-125 special atk. I was checking his moveset and here are some of the special moves he learns.

I'm guessing that you wont have to reset as much as you normally would to get a shiny starter.
People are assuming the encounter rate is abit better now, due to how many shinies have been seen already.

Sweet Jesus! This thing could be really good if Gamefreak allocates it's stats accordingly. Though he already has high stats. If it's mega form give it a max total of 600points, he wouldn't have much room. Hopefully some special defense.

It's like a 1 in 8000 chance of getting one. In all my years of playing different versions from young teenager to Adult, I had encounter a totally number of 2. I also got Pokerus once, which I think it's even rarer.

My only shiny ever, and I've played all gens.

My brother in his first Pokemon game ever sees one after his first hour and catches it (Geodude in Leaf Green)

I somehow got Pokérus on one of the Reggies when I used it for some reason. Now all three have it and live forever in cold storage as virus containers that I break out each gen since to transfer the STD.

Look at it this way. Will you actually be using the Legendary deer in battle?
Legendaries are pretty much an instant-win button that are only there to be collected and not used anyhow.

Whereas you'll be using Aggron regularly.

That being said, you could always choose Y and easily trade a Larvitar for one. There will clearly be demand.
And this whole mega stone may be in the opposite version of the game thing just complicates matters until one is ACTUALLY found... which hasn't happened yet.

Yes! But you have 10 weeks until PokeBank transfers open so you have plenty of time.

Holy shit almost burst out laughing during my lunch break, mostly because I keep replaying the Wile E. Coyote vs, Bugs episode with Lucario and Bunnelby. This just makes it worse.
