I'm trying to get a Togepi Timid Togepi with Serene Grace...
So, what I want is a Female Togepi with Serene Grace, right? Then if I evolve that into a Togetic and breed that, almost all the babies should have Serene Grace?
And then the father should just be a Timid Male Togetic holding an Everstone?

Overall review: I liked the new changes like Exp. Sharing and customization, though I feel the AI was pretty lacking in many ways. There are some slowdowns in parts where the camera performs zooms, and sometimes when selecting a move, but they are minimal and don't affect the experience unless you are really nitpicky about it. I feel the pacing is a bit mixed, the beginning is great but you can see the game fastforwards once the plot starts taking place. I remember having a few hours between the early gyms, but a much shorter time for later ones.
I know some people disliked the lack of new pokemon, but I appreciated how many pokemons from different gens were available and that you could have a considerable range to use and fight against. I just got into the post-game so I can't comment much on it, but it certainly feels better than RS's

I liked how I can simply import flawless parents from BW and the IV problem disappears.
You've got a bug type with Venomoth, Masquerain, and Paras.

Yep.
Dragons? Fun. Gabite and Noibat will be useful to some people. Shame about Druddigon, haha.
Has to have some effect. I got my Riolu to five hearts, wouldn't evolve, slapped a Soothe Bell on him and like three battles latter: Lucario.

He's been a cornerstone of my team since Ruby. Can always rely on him to come in and clean up business.
-Pokemon that you catch in the friend Safari have 2 of their IVs maxed out.
-Wild baby Pokemon (azurill, pichu, etc) have some of their IVs maxed out.
-The destiny knot item transfers 5 of the parents IVs to their child
So in short, it's never been this easy to control IVs (outside of hacking).
