My internet's shit and I don't have any trouble either.
I'm reporting in as well. Don't know if it was a smart idea to stay up the majority of the night to finish the main story content, but I wouldn't be able to stop thinking about the Pokemon League until I beat them.

Finally got through the SP special atk level 3 on super training.
Tried following the tips in the Op (mainly the moving up/down while moving left/right bits)
Could probably improve on the time but at least I beat it
Sp. Atk training imo is the hardest training. You barely have time to attack. I'm glad my guide helped you

Anyone have any tips for Super Training Sp Attack level 3? Those attacks are hard to dodge.
They're actually fairly simple, there are 3 types of attack it'll do and for 2 of them you can just stay stood still and they'll completely avoid you. There are 2 attacks where it fires rings of balls at you, those don't need avoiding at all. The one where it shoots a stream of balls directly at you is the only one that needs avoiding and in that case you just move as far left as possible, if any of them look like they'll hit you just put your guard up and you'll be fine.
I was exploring Terminus Cave, used rock smash and out pops a shiny Graveller. It scared the SHIT out of me. I used the Masterball straight away, as I knew those things have self-destruct by this level.
It's a pity I already have a shiny Geodude from Ruby, but at least this one was female, so I could carry on the naming convention. I called my Ruby Geodude Nugget, as it's a gold colour, I named this new one Nuggette.

I've just compared both rival themes from B/W and this Genhard to say which one I prefer now. X/Y's builds really well, but the amount of variation and phrasing in B/W's is equally outstanding. It's a tie.

Others I used: Charizard, Heliolisk, Clawitzer, Greninja, Gogoat, Talonflame, Tyrantrum, Goodra, Furfrou. Exp share was great for filling the dex as I go along. Just 7 more 'mons and I'll have a complete dex between X and White 2, just gotta wait for transfer. Found out another of my favourites has a Mega evo too so I know what I'll be breeding for next!
